  3. Rokanako (IRE)

Timeform View

SIR VINNY shaped promisingly despite things not going smoothly when 3½ lengths third of 18 to Dee Bee Zed at Punchestown last month, so he's fancied to reverse the form with that rival on more favourable terms. Rokanako should remain competitive under a penalty, while Kingside Lady is an interesting newcomer to Rules having changed hands for €100,000 after opening her account in points at the third attempt.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

A strongly contested lead could count against Go Loud and Caman Hill, who are expected to contest that lead: Such a hotly-contested pace as is on the cards here may be to the benefit of Rokanako and Kingside Lady who can be expected to be ridden with restraint.

Timeform Comments

Caman Hill (IRE)
Attracted some support when making a winning start in a bumper at Ballinrobe (17f) in May 2025. Failed to build on that promise when only fourth at Listowel a year later, looking a bit awkward to boot.
Dee Bee Zed (IRE)
Gleneagles gelding. Closely related to Impulsar and half-brother to a winner on Flat. Dam unraced. Overcame inexperience to make a winning bumper debut in 18-runner event at Punchestown 4 weeks ago. Has a penalty to shoulder but open to improvement.
Rokanako (IRE)
Left debut form for Patrick Gerard Ryan 11 months earlier well behind when winning 10-runner bumper at Kilbeggan (2m, good to soft) 34 days ago. Respected under a penalty.
Fortysixnchange (IRE)
£36,000 King of Change gelding. Finished third sole start in points and went no places better switched to a bumper in 8-runner event at Wexford (17f) in May. Open to improvement.
Begorrah Boy (IRE)
Conduit gelding. Dam, failed to complete all 3 starts in points, half-sister to fairly useful hurdle winner/fair chaser (stayed 3¼m) Inaro.
Go Loud (IRE)
Unplaced completed starts in points but went with more encouragement tried in a bumper when 6¾ lengths sixth of 18 to Dee Bee Zed in bumper (66/1) at Punchestown (2m, good) on debut 28 days ago.
I Give Theorders (IRE)
Placed in points but well beaten in 2 bumpers 10 months apart.
Sir Vinny (IRE)
Walk In The Park gelding who shaped well in a race that didn't go smoothly for him when 3½ lengths third of 18 to Dee Bee Zed in bumper at Punchestown (2m, good, 10/3) on debut 28 days ago. Meets that rival on 7 lb better terms and expected to reverse the form.
Woodie Wiley (IRE)
Pulled up both starts in points prior to slipping up in bumper at Punchestown (2m, good) on Rules debut 4 weeks ago.
Yanure (IRE)
Went backwards from a mildly encouraging debut when ninth of 12 in bumper at Thurles (2m, heavy) in February, possibly unsuited by conditions.
Hot Rock Harry (IRE)
Is Flat bred and failed to see his race out when seventh of 12 in bumper at Down Royal (17f, good) on debut 61 days ago.
Mr Enigma (IRE)
1,750 gns 3-y-o, Pillar Coral gelding. Half-brother to fair hurdler Fourtowns. Dam (b83) ran twice in bumpers. A cheap purchase who looks best watched unless the betting suggests otherwise.
Mila Ballerina (IRE)
Looked one for further down the line when beaten a long way in bumper at Punchestown on debut in May. Visor quickly reached for.
Pamelaisbrass (IRE)
Sent off 100/1 when tailed off in Naas bumper on debut in February.
Silk Buds (IRE)
€15,000 3-y-o, Affinisea mare. Pulled up sole start in Irish points last month but shaped with some encouragement for all that she didn't look the easiest of rides when third of 10 in bumper at Kelso (2m, good, 5/1) on Rules debut in early May.
Kingside Lady (IRE)
€7,000 3-y-o, €100,000 4-y-o, Kingston Hill filly. Dam unraced half-sister to useful hurdler/chaser (stayed 2¾m) Listen Dear and fairly useful hurdler (stays 2½m) Listentillitellyea. Off mark in points at third attempt (Jan 2026) and one to note on Rules debut.
