AL AASY is a smart performer who is a prolific winner at this level and above so looks to have been found a good opportunity to add to that record here. By The Book is another dropping back in grade and looks easily the selection's biggest danger.

Won at Group 3 level in Bahrain in April but hasn't fired since, looking out of depth when tenth of 12 in a Group 2 at Ascot 14 days ago when not settling fully. Hood back on and this drop back to listed class looks more suitable.
Al Aasy (IRE)
Smart performer with 10 listed/Group 3 wins. Proved he retained plenty of ability when second of 6 in a Group 3 at Newbury on reappearance in April and is entitled to go very well dropped back to listed company.
By The Book (IRE)
Impressive when landing Meydan handicap in December before stepping up in class. Came third in a Group 3 over 1¾m in February but was found out in Group 1 company in March. First run since and looks a serious player back down in grade.
Involvement
Won handicap at Meydan in March and was fourth in a Goodwood listed race in May. Soft going looked behind his recent flop when tried over this trip for the first time, yet, even if bouncing back for the firmer going, he looks up against it with a couple that have made their mark at a higher level.
Miss Wong
Won back-to-back handicaps last year but has struggled since stepping up to listed/Group company. First-time cheekpieces now reached for but she looks set to be out of her depth once more.
Percy's Daydream
Won a handicap over 1¼m here 11 days ago, proving herself to be best when going from the front. Likely to get the lead here but the hike in grade will surely be a step too far for her back up in trip.
