MR TONY progressed well for the switch to nurseries in Ireland last year and he's in good hands to pick up where he left off. He is taken to see off the challenge of Denby's Dream, who produced her best effort when winning at Brighton last week, and the in-form Galactic Glow.

Timeform Comments

Nammos
Some encouragement in 3 starts for James Owen and capitalised on a reduced mark when scoring on stable debut at Bath in May. Ran well when second there next time, before a below-par effort 25 days ago. It still remains early days for current yard, though.
Bobby Dassler (IRE)
Produced best effort for some time when scoring over C&D in June, his first win for present yard. Had excuses when well-beaten third of 5 at Ffos Las only 2 days later, so he could fare better back at this venue.
Fozzy Osbourne
Hasn't made much impression in a trio of maidens this year, faring no better upped in trip when sixth of 9 at Ffos Las (7.4f) 15 days ago. Has work to do as he makes handicap debut.
Denby's Dream
Has found her feet for new connections this year, recording a first success when making all in 5-runner handicap at Brighton 8 days ago. Carries a penalty, but Harry Vigors takes off a handy 5 lb so she's not taken lightly.
Galactic Glow (IRE)
Made the placings for the fourth start in a row when runner-up at Bath on his penultimate outing. Shaped as if still in good heart when 1½ lengths sixth of 11 at Windsor 9 days ago, so he could be thereabouts once more.
Ajrad
Has his quirks but won 3 times last summer, including a double over C&D. Best effort this season when fifth of 12 at Kempton (7f) in May, but hasn't built on that effort back here twice since. He's now 6 lb below his last winning mark, though.
Amathus (IRE)
Not the easiest to catch right but won twice over 7f last year. Stepped up on this season's reappearance run when second at Bath (1m) in May, though hasn't been in the same form last 2 starts.
Mr Tony (IRE)
Went the right way in nurseries for Joseph Patrick O'Brien, opening account at Gowran (7f) in October before a good third at Galway 7 days later. Blinkers left off for reappearance (has been gelded), but he makes plenty of appeal for his much-respected new yard.
D Day Major Winter
Runner-up twice in handicaps in 2025, including on first start for Ross Burdon during the summer. Making debut for current stable, shaped as if needing the outing after 9 months off when last of 6 at Brighton (1¼m) 16 days ago, so this run should reveal more.
