Timeform View

YQUEM gets the verdict to follow up from last time, with the retaining of Hayes in the saddle an eye-catcher. Shelbourne Flyer can build on his recent stable debut, while Nibras Rainbow shouldn't be far away either. Alto Sax and Half Nutz are others to consider.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Slaney Swagger traded at 10% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP on 2 of its last 5 starts: Max Meridius traded at 10% or less of Betfair SP twice and 25% or less of Betfair SP on 3 of its last 5 starts.

Timeform Comments

Burford Beauty (IRE)
Fair maiden. Stepped up on reappearance run when third of 14 in handicap at Down Royal (7f, good, 8/1) in May. Steps back up in trip and can make presence felt.
Mullacurry Maid (IRE)
Lightly-raced filly. Showed more when fifth of 12 in maiden at this course (7f, soft, 300/1) 28 days ago. Makes handicap debut back up in trip.
William F Browne (IRE)
Thirteen runs since last win in 2024 and ran one of better races when third over C&D in June. The tongue strap is discarded and has a first-time visor applied. Not without a chance if back to best though draw could have been more kind.
Anchors Away (IRE)
Made the frame twice this season, latest in handicap when fourth of 16 at Fairyhouse in May. Failed to beat a rival at Naas 15 days ago. Easy to look elsewhere.
Max Meridius (IRE)
Lightly-raced maiden on Flat. 5/1, showed promise when fifth of 15 in handicap over C&D (good to firm) 21 days ago, though left poorly placed. Has first-time cheekpieces added but the widest draw doesn't help.
Medieval Night (IRE)
Best effort of the season when third in C&D handicap in June. Failed to build on that at Roscommon last time. Drawn wide.
Not Simple (IRE)
7/1, ninth of 13 in handicap at Cork (10.4f, soft) in May. Back down in trip. Remains to be seen if she's as effective away from testing conditions.
Slaney Swagger (IRE)
Long-standing maiden with plenty of placed efforts, though ended last year out of form. Tailed off on stable debut at Down Royal (10.4f, soft) on reappearance last month. Headgear left off and has a bit to prove at present.
Shelbourne Flyer (IRE)
Remains a maiden, best effort when runner-up in 18-runner handicap at Leopardstown last summer for John McConnell. Well supported but shaped as if needing the run after 7 months off for his new stable when sixth of 14 in 7f Limerick handicap 22 days ago. Can build on it now.
Nibras Rainbow (IRE)
Returned to form from out of the blue when winning at Killarney in May. Creditable efforts when placed next 2 starts, latest when second over C&D behind Yquem. Has the blinkers back on and has to be taken seriously in current form.
Shahada Ace
Off mark in 7.5f handicap at Tipperary last year. Has yet to fully kick on this season. Back up in trip here.
Sayfa Fad (IRE)
Sole win last season came in handicap at Bellewstown. Needs to come on for recent return.
Alto Sax (IRE)
Won at Dundalk in April and resumed winning ways at Fairyhouse in June. 7/2, shaped as if still in good form when ninth of 17 in handicap at latter course (1½m, good to soft) 27 days ago, travelling well before meeting some trouble. Significantly back down in trip and enters calculations.
Yquem (IRE)
Landed a gamble when scoring in 14-runner handicap over C&D (good to firm, 9/2) 3 weeks ago by 3½ lengths from Nibras Rainbow. Chris Hayes retains the ride and has to be taken seriously once more on the back of a 10 lb rise in the weights.
Morning Approach (IRE)
Course winner. Seventeen runs since last win in 2024. 25/1, failed to build on glimmer of recent promise when last of 14 in handicap at Gowran (1m, good to soft) 27 days ago.
Famous Enough (IRE)
Standout effort this season when runner-up at Dundalk in April. Took a step back in the right direction when fifth of 12 in handicap (4/1) at Fairyhouse (8.7f, good) 8 days ago, slowly away. Chance of minor money if getting the rub of the green.
Folk Warrior (IRE)
Much improved effort on Flat when fifth at Dundalk on handicap debut in May. Seemed unsuited by the drop back in trip on latest outing at Down Royal and it remains to be seen how he'll fare with a further drop in distance.
La Campanella (IRE)
In first-time cheekpieces, good fourth of 12 in handicap (9/1) at Fairyhouse (8.7f, good) 8 days ago. In the mix if repeating that though the wide draw doesn't help.
Lady Crossing (IRE)
Step back in right direction when fourth of 13 in handicap at Limerick (1m, heavy, 66/1) 20 days ago. Now has to back that up.
Milverton
Yet to better just poor form this season. Has the cheekpieces added for the first time. Others more persuasive.
Quarry Stone (IRE)
Has yet to show much in the way of solid form. Rejoined previous yard after leaving G.Hassett.
Half Nutz (IRE)
Losing run continues to mount up and he's not the easiest to catch right nowadays. 8/1, best effort this season when second of 15 in handicap over C&D (good to firm) 21 days ago. Has each-way claims.
Rushford
Fairly useful performer at one time, but has shown very little since 2022. RESERVE.
Jazz Dreamers (IRE)
Fourteen runs since last win in 2023. Ninth of 14 in handicap (80/1) at Dundalk (10.7f) when last seen in January. RESERVE.
Master Garvey (IRE)
Two wins from 51 Flat runs. Yet to better just poor form this season. RESERVE.
