Timeform View

FLEUR DE MER is worth taking a chance on given some of her placed form earlier in the year looks strong enough and this is a first dip into 0-60 company, so if she's back in form she should be bang there. Is She Now is in good heart but had her winning run ended earlier in the week so may just prove vulnerable again, while Wolf of Badenoch holds claims if lasting out the longer trip.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Is She Now traded at a low of 1.82 and Betfair SP of 2.41 when losing last time, a race in which it raced towards the rear.

Timeform Comments

Wolf Of Badenoch
Beaten favourite on his last 3 starts, including when sixth of 11 in a handicap at Wolverhampton 23 days ago. The fact he slips into 0-60 company for the first time here makes him of some interest, but he also tries a new trip so has questions to answer.
Fleur De Mer (IRE)
Without a win in 21 starts since September 2023 but had a run of solid placed efforts before below-par sixth of 8 at Ayr 20 days ago. Now back down in trip and grade and this looks a very realistic chance of ending her drought if back in good heart.
Is She Now (IRE)
Struggled in Ireland but proved a totally different proposition when winning first 2 outings for new yard in June. Still looked in good heart when fourth of 8 at Ayr 3 days ago under same 4 lb penalty she carries here and should figure in the finish again assuming this doesn't come too soon.
Ottoman (IRE)
Modest form when placed in ordinary events last 2 starts, including when second of 8 at Leicester 14 days ago. Often shows a tendency to edge left under pressure but now tries first-time blinkers. More required.
Hijo De La Luna (GER)
Often front runs and made the frame first 2 starts this year, but only sixth of 7 in a handicap at Redcar over 1¾m just 4 days later, perhaps finding the race coming too soon. May well get run of the race back down in trip and isn't without hope because of that.
Broadstone
Yet to win from 17 starts and is tough to fancy on the balance of this year's form having finished tailed off in weak affairs the last twice.
Due To Shine
Poor form at best last year and is yet to beat a rival this time around. Impossible to fancy.
