Timeform View

COTAI BELLE is of considerable interest on the back of 2 recent seconds, the most recent one coming in a deeper race than this at York, and she's taken to go one better here. Creative Queen disappointed last time but the drop back to 6f could spark her back into life and it's possible she could get the run of things from the front. Dandy Magic and Ormolulu could both figure if the pace proves stronger than it looks likely to be on paper.

Timeform Comments

Mae Amor (IRE)
Won at 66/1 at Hamilton over this trip in May but in nothing like the same form either start since. Had a month off to refresh but doesn't look an easy sort to predict.
Ormolulu (IRE)
Continues to miss the break but is coming down to a handy mark and now drops back to the trip she's done all her winning at. Not impossible she bounces back but will need a strong gallop if she's to do so and that doesn't look likely.
Cotai Belle (IRE)
Still progressing gradually and finished second on her last 2 starts in handicaps, most recently of 12 at York 27 days ago when beaten a neck having led briefly near the line. One to take seriously back down in grade.
D Flawless (IRE)
Won at Newcastle on all-weather in March when hood fitted for the first time and has run to a similar level back on turf the last twice, not getting the smoothest of passages when fifth of 9 at Pontefract last time. May find a couple too good once more in this contest.
Rogue Attraction (IRE)
Won her maiden at this trip last August but found higher grades beyond her subsequently that year. Shaped as if needing run when last of 6 on reappearance here last month but also didn't look entirely at ease on the track so she's got a little to prove back down in trip.
Bleep Test
Won maiden at Redcar last year but no progress since and went with little promise when eleventh of 14 in a handicap at York 12 days ago on her return from a 12-month absence, looking rusty and never involved. Opposable back relatively quickly.
Dandy Magic (IRE)
Back to form from easing mark when fourth of 17 at Ayr 3 days ago, staying on. Feasibly treated if this doesn't come too soon, but her style demands some luck (often starts slowly) and may not get strong enough pace to chase.
Creative Queen (USA)
Clear best effort when getting off the mark over 6f at Yarmouth in May, making all. Disappointing when seventh of 12 on handicap debut at Newbury over 7f 16 days ago but return to this trip should suit and she could bounce back if getting her own way out in front.
