MYSTERIOUS TIMES has made a very promising start to his career, only narrowly denied after meeting trouble when third at Newmarket last time, and he can continue his progress to get off the mark. The main danger could be Flann Sunna, who scored in good style at Windsor first time out, ahead of another winning debutant Persazz.

Flann Sunna (IRE)
Speedily bred and looked professional when making a winning start in 13-runner maiden at Windsor 18 days ago, scoring decisively from one who won next time. Holds a Group 2 entry at York and he commands respect.
Persazz (IRE)
Was the shortest-priced newcomer in the race and picked up nicely to win 11-runner novice at Ripon 22 days ago, well on top at the finish. Could be in the mix with improvement to come.
Keep Grating (IRE)
In need of the experience but was getting the hang of things late when sixth of 11 in novice at Salisbury on debut 10 days ago, never involved having been slowly away. Much more required in this contest.
Mysterious Times
Plenty of encouragement when third in a Sandown novice on debut and looked unlucky not to win when filling the same position in 6-runner event at Newmarket 15 days ago, hampered 1f out. Could be ready to open his account.
No More Pino (IRE)
Showed ability first time out when mid-field in a Salisbury novice last month, despite having clipped heels early. However, was still green when well held at Doncaster 7 days ago. Likely to need more time.
Washington Royale
Was very green so did well under the circumstances when fourth of 11 in novice at York on debut 13 days ago. Could take a step forward with that first experience behind him.
