Timeform View

LAND OF THE GIANTS shaped better than the result when behind stablemate Minaun View in a similar event at Bellewstown last time and can be expected to reverse that form if getting more of the rub of the green on this occasion. Aurora Mist arrives on the back of an improved win and looks the chief threat, while the aforementioned Minaun View has to be respected as well.

Timeform Comments

Darkdeserthighway (IRE)
Has registered 3 of her 4 wins at Dundalk and she was in good order there earlier in the year, but she isn't at that level on turf and never threatened from a less-than-ideal position at Bellewstown on return from a 4-month break last time.
Go Out (FR)
Runner-up 3 times at Dundalk after joining this yard but has yet to repeat those efforts on turf, though he had a hopeless task from his position when down the field at Leopardstown last time.
Usuario Amigo
Just the one good effort since joining this yard and that came a year ago. Hard to fancy.
Elman (IRE)
Failed to complete in 3 starts over hurdles and has shown little to make him of interest in this sphere.
Minaun View
Finally got off the mark when landing 15-runner claimer at Bellewstown 12 days ago under a well-judged ride, beating Gloriously Glam by ½ length. Claims if in same form but that is far from guaranteed given her overall profile.
Seti One (USA)
Finished in the frame at the Curragh on second start, but has made little impact otherwise, including debut for current yard on return from 6-month absence last time.
Land Of The Giants (IRE)
Winner of handicap at Ayr (9f) in May and shaped better than the bare result when length third of 15 to Minaun View in claimer at Bellewstown last time, keeping on well having been left with too much to do. Capable of reversing that form if he doesn't get caught too far back at this tight track.
Timandi (IRE)
Bounced back to best when winning 1½m claimer at Tramore by 4¾ lengths from Plontier. Entitled to be thereabouts on that form but drop back to extended 1m is a concern.
Aurora Mist (IRE)
Inns of Court filly who stepped up on her return when getting off the mark in cosy fashion in a 14-runner handicap at Gowran (1m, good to soft) in May and one for the shortlist now tackling a claimer.
Glamazon (IRE)
Off the mark in first-time cheekpieces in a maiden at Ballinrobe (9.5f) in May and turned in best effort since when 4½ lengths fourth of 15 to Bay Of Dreams at Bellewstown last time. Consistency has been an issue this year but likely to be involved if running up to her best.
Hazrama (IRE)
Well-bred filly and in good hands but very little promise to be gleaned from her 2 maiden starts to date. Steps up in trip now tackling a claimer and will need to improve significantly if she's to feature.
Love Orchid (IRE)
In first-time blinkers, turned in best effort to date when 6¾ lengths sixth of 14 to Kirkland Sioux in handicap at Fairyhouse last time. Will need to better that form to make an impact here, though.
Magna Kotcha (IRE)
Well beaten all 3 starts in heavy-ground maidens in the spring. One to note if attracting support now tackling a claimer on quicker ground.
Cosmic Funk (IRE)
Found improvement when very good second of 13 in handicap at Leopardstown (soft ground) in June but below that form faced with quicker conditions over same C&D last time. Needs to bounce back now stepping into a claimer.
