Timeform View

Possibly best to narrow this classified stakes down to the 3-y-os, with TRUCIAL PEARL, who had a next-time-out scorer behind in second when winning at Ripon last time, preferred to Park Lane Penny, who went close in a similar race at Ayr recently. Regal Knight is next on the list, with Create possibly best of the older brigade.

Timeform Comments

Aspire To Glory (IRE)
Hasn't fired since joining current yard, including back on turf last time. The stable won this race last year but others are still preferred.
Bridgefoot Rambler
Looks limited after 4 starts, faring no better for cheekpieces when down the field in a Leicester classified event latest. Blinkers are tried now.
Can I Kiss You (IRE)
Modest maiden in Ireland. Last of 8 in handicap at Beverley (8.5f, good to firm) on stable debut 30 days ago. Hard to be confident after that.
Copper And Five
C&D winner who is a veteran now but showed he can still mix it at a low level when runner-up twice at Beverley in the spring. Latest sixth there not so good but capable of bouncing back in his first classified race.
Create (IRE)
Pair of 1m Southwell wins last year. Easily best effort this year when fourth of 18 in handicap (18/1) at Doncaster (1m, good to firm) 32 days ago. Claims if she can build on that.
I Can Boogy
Won a Newcastle classified event in February. One of better efforts since when third of 13 in 1m handicap there 3 weeks ago.
Langholm (IRE)
Returned to form when narrowly landing 14-runner handicap over 7.5f at Beverley last month. Respectable fourth of 10 in classified event at Ayr (1m) since but Park Lane Penny was ahead in second.
Without Delay (IRE)
Thirteen runs since last win in 2025. Third at Catterick (7f, good) in May but has barely beaten a rival in 3 outings since.
Here Comes Louie
Lightly-raced maiden. Sixth of 10 on handicap debut at Wetherby (1¼m, good to firm, 80/1) 31 days ago. Back down in trip. Needs improvement.
Park Lane Penny (IRE)
Improved effort when narrowly denied in 1m Ayr classified race 11 days ago. Another prominent showing is likely.
Queenies Pal
Made little impact in varied events last season and fared no better in either start this year.
Regal Knight
0-8 but 15/2 and ran well with blinkers added when third of 7 in handicap at Beverley (8.5f, good to firm) 13 days ago. Cheekpieces back on. Can play a part under De Sousa.
Trucial Pearl
10/3, career best when winning 8-runner handicap at Ripon (1m, good to firm) 28 days ago. Had a next-time-out winner in second and taken to follow up, for all her draw isn't ideal.
