BONE MARRA can follow up from last time and take his course record to a perfect 3 from 3. The class-dropping Applesandpears and Do Bronxs appeal as the main dangers to the selection in that order.

Timeform Comments

Do Bronxs (IRE)
Best effort when second at Chester in June. Shaped as if probably still in form when fifth there 20 days ago, just seeming unsuited by the slight drop in trip. Has the cheekpieces on for the first time and can make presence felt on all-weather debut.
Special Dividend
Won 6f all-weather novices on first 2 starts before good third in York nursery at the Ebor meeting. Finished well held on return at Carlisle in May on the back of a breathing/gelding operation. Has work to do now.
Bone Marra (IRE)
Began and ended his juvenile campaign with successes here, including over C&D. Made a fine return when second at Lingfield and produced a career best to score at Southwell (6f) last month. Has to be taken seriously to extend his perfect record here.
Applesandpears
Registered back-to-back victories in all-weather novice events at Chelmsford/Newcastle in 2025 and stepped up appreciably on her seasonal return when a close third Carlisle in May. Caught wide when sixth in listed race there 23 days ago. Should find the return to a handicap more her bag.
Augustus Gloop
Ended juvenile season with a success at Newcastle and returned with a close second over 6f at this course. Failed to go on both starts since and needs the return to 7f to work after over 4 months off.
Hungarian (IRE)
Fairly useful gelding. Has several placed efforts to his name but was turned over at short odds in a novice at Redcar on return. The blinkers replace the cheekpieces but may prove vulnerable on handicap debut.
Deluded (IRE)
C&D maiden winner last September and resumed from 6 months off with an excellent second on handicap debut also over C&D in April. Creditable third at Kempton (6f) in June despite barely adequate test. Will be suited by the step back up in trip.
Trust Amy (IRE)
Scored in 6f Chester novice last season. though has generally struggled in handicaps/listed races since with her mark easing. Others are more persuasive.
Boy Named Sioux (IRE)
Won Southwell (7f) novice in good style last year but hasn't gone on since. Failed to threaten on return there in April and has questions to answer after a further 3 months off.
Espona Bay (IRE)
Sole success came over C&D in May. Proved himself on turf when third of 9 in handicap at Windsor (1m, good to firm, 9/1) last month. May find things more difficult in this higher grade.
