Mohmentous is likely to remain competitive with the drop in trip looking in his favour, while Singarda is fancied to fill the places returning to the scene of his encouraging reappearance.

Seen to good effect when winning at Ripon over 1m in May. However, not in the same form on both outings since, carrying her head awkwardly at Doncaster latest.

Overdid the forcing tactics in first-time cheekpieces when eighth of 9 in 1m handicap at Leicester (good to firm) 14 days ago. Hood now tried.

Upped her game when off the mark in 8-runner handicap over C&D (good to firm) 30 days ago, suited by a sound gallop. 2 lb rise seems very fair and gets the nod to follow up. Engaged 15:38 Thirsk Thursday.
