Timeform View

This is easier than the races CELEBORN has contested so far this season and he gets the nod in this trappy affair. Blue Prince arrives in form and should give it another good shot, while it also wouldn't be a surprise to see Allegresse get his career back on track with headgear added.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Blue Prince traded at a low of 3.60 and Betfair SP of 6.16 when losing last time, a race in which it raced behind: Celeborn traded at a low of 6.80 and Betfair SP of 5.90 when losing last time, a race in which it raced towards the rear.

Timeform Comments

Celeborn
Dual winner who is very lightly raced for his age. Creditable efforts on 2 of his 3 outings this year and faces a much less competitive scenario now. First-time cheekpieces replace blinkers.
Blue Prince (IRE)
Ended a losing run stretching back almost 2 years when seeing off 6 rivals over 7f here (good) in June. Good third of 7 at Kempton (1m) since. Likely to go well again.
Arctic Thunder (IRE)
Has become frustrating to follow (losing run stretches back over 2 years) but has been a bit better than his form figures this season might suggest.
Allegresse
Won back-to-back 1m novices at Kempton at 2. Showed he's trained on when 2½ lengths last of 4 in useful conditions race at Goodwood (1m) on return. Well beaten in 1¼m handicaps at Goodwood and Royal Ascot since but wouldn't be a shock to see him bounce back with a bang in first-time headgear.
