Timeform View

TINY RIOT and Lucky Sevens are closely matched on hurdles form, the latter taking full advantage of the former's final flight mistake to score by 1¾ lengths when the pair met at Stratford 10 days ago. Conceding 7 lb that day, Tiny Riot looks well worth a crack at the longer trip returned to this sphere and shades preference to come out on top. The Craftymaster may emerge best of the rest.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Lucky Sevens traded at a high of 9.00 and Betfair SP of 2.30 when winning last time, a race in which it raced in mid-field.

Timeform Comments

The Craftymaster
Bounced back to form returned to all-weather when running out a wide-margin winner at Wolverhampton (16.5f) in June and backed that up under a penalty when second at that venue (1¾m) 2 weeks ago. Lower turf mark to operate from but he's not so good on this surface.
Fram Castle (IRE)
Finally off the mark in 2m handicap at Kempton last summer but ended 2025 out of form for Dominic Ffrench Davis and ran poorly following 8 months off starting out for new yard at Epsom 3 weeks ago. Steps back up significantly in trip with a first-time visor reached for.
Cherry Cola
Veteran mare who arrives on a long losing run but she did post her best effort of 2025 when second over this C&D 12 months ago. Entitled to have needed her first start for 7 months when eighth returned to this C&D in May. Still, others preferred overall.
Tiny Riot (IRE)
Displayed race-by-race progress without threatening on first 4 starts in this sphere and made perfect start over hurdles when landing 6-runner Hexham juvenile (2m) in June. Finished runner up both starts under a penalty subsequently and this longer trip looks a good move returned to the level.
Marinakis (IRE)
Yet to fire for his new yard, never threatening when fourth of 9 in handicap on all-weather here (1½m) 16 days ago. Takes a significant step up in trip now and others look to hold much stronger claims.
Lucky Sevens
Responded favourably to cheekpieces/switch to turf, doubling career tally at Brighton (1¼m) in June. Continued the good work over hurdles since, taking full advantage of Tiny Riot's mistake at the last when scoring at Stratford (2m) 10 days ago. Likely player back in this sphere up in trip.
Lilykoy
Yard has had success with this family. Showed much more when fifth in similar event at Windsor on reappearance but has yet to build on that either start in handicaps since. Needs a significant step up in trip to bring about improvement.
