Timeform View

The pick of MISS MONEYPIT's form in novice company reads well now her attentions switch to nurseries and with the booking of Oisin Murphy firmly catching the eye, she gets the nod to dispel a lesser effort at Chepstow and come out on top. Dreamlover and Romidijo are others fancied to be in the thick of things.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Dreamlover traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP twice on its last 3 starts: Dee's Star traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP on 2 of its last 3 starts.

Timeform Comments

Sable Island
Placed on 2 of her 3 starts in maiden/novice company but handed a stiff-looking mark and found no immediate improvement with cheekpieces enlisted when sixth on nursery debut at Yarmouth (5f, firm) 2 weeks ago. Eases in class now.
Dreamlover (IRE)
Shaped better than first time up having been gelded/fitted with blinkers when third in a Chester maiden (6f) in June. Raced freely and couldn't match that when fifth in a Leicester seller since but he appeals as the type to do well in handicaps and yard continue in good form.
Romidijo
Ardad filly who was quickly back on track with her sights lowered when fourth in a Yarmouth maiden (6f) in June and she matched that form when 2 lengths second of 7 in nursery at Chepstow (6f) 2 weeks ago. Should go well again with Billy Loughnane an eye-catching booking.
Miss Moneypit
Improved granted a clearer run at things when fourth in an Ascot novice (5f) in May. Not been able to match that level in 2 runs since, failing to improve as expected for the step up in trip when fifth at Chepstow (6f) 25 days ago. However, too soon to write her off now handicapping.
Invicta Rose (IRE)
Hasn't kicked on from modest debut fourth at Salisbury (6f, heavy) in 3 subsequent runs in selling/novice company. Switch to handicaps will be much more her bag now but drop down to the minimum trip not sure to suit.
C'est Lui (IRE)
Displayed ability at a huge price starting out at Bath but went backwards from that in 6f maidens at Redcar/Brighton in May. Given a break/gelded ahead of nursery bow, so interesting if the market speaks in his favour.
Dee's Star (IRE)
Showed plenty of zip in 5f fillies novices at Bath and Ascot in the spring. Ran poorly when last of 7 in a Musselburgh seller 7 weeks ago, so bounce back called for now handicapping with first-time blinkers reached for.
Targa (IRE)
£105,000 purchase at the breeze-ups but hasn't made much impact in 4 starts to date, proving too free when fifth of 7 on nursery debut at Chepstow (6f) 2 weeks ago. Handicapper quick to relinquish his grip but she does need to settle better.
