Timeform View

KAMAWAY remains unexposed in handicaps and, with the form of her recent Salisbury win already franked, is expected to follow up and notch a third win of the season. Morcar arrives in a good form, whilst Tawajjah ran a stormer on his return from a lengthy absence last time and would merit serious respect if able to step forward from that.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Assail traded at 10% or less of Betfair SP twice on its last 5 starts.

Timeform Comments

Londoner (IRE)
Largely consistent despite a modest strike rate and put it all together when getting up close home in 14-runner handicap at Lingfield (1¼m, all-weather) in April. No extra only late on when a close fifth of 8 in at Windsor (1¼m, firm) 24 days ago and now has Murphy aboard.
Thinthread
NON RUNNER.
Tawajjah (IRE)
Won a small-field novice at Wolverhampton in November 2024 before a 20-month absence, in which he left Roger Varian for 40,000 gns. Ran much better than the market anticipated returning from that break when second of 13 in handicap (25/1) at Newmarket (1m) 2 weeks ago. Could still be a useful sort.
Percival (FR)
€520,000 yearling who failed to live up to his price tag in France, winning only a maiden. Left A. Fabre for 12,000 gns prior to finishing a never-involved sixth of 11 in handicap at Yarmouth (1m, good to soft) on UK debut 43 days ago, This should reveal more.
Assail (IRE)
Runner-up twice last season and was back to that sort of form when third of 12 in handicap at Kempton (11f, 10/1) 24 days ago, his effort flattening out onl late on having conceded first run to the pair that finished ahead. Solid place claims again.
Morcar
Bounced back to form with a bang when getting up near the line at Newbury (1¼m, firm) earlier this month, and ran at least as well from a 3 lb higher mark when second of 7 in handicap at Windsor (1¼m, good to firm) 10 days ago. Should go well again.
Kamaway
Has made a positive start to life in handicaps, making it 2 wins in her last 3 starts when edging ahead late on in 13-runner-runner handicap at Salisbury (1m, good) 39 days ago. The front 2 were 5 lengths clear of the third there and she still looks fairly treated off 5 lb higher.
