Sam's Xpress (IRE)
Won 4 times on all-weather in second half of 2025. Looked rusty after 3 months off when last of 5 in handicap at Lingfield (5f) 28 days ago. Can strip sharper here.

Completed a remarkable 7-timer in typical fashion from the front at Wolverhampton (6f) in March. Off 4 months and without usual headgear when last of 11 in handicap over C&D 14 days ago. Cheekpieces again absent here.

Knicks (IRE)
Twenty five runs since his last win in 2024 over C&D. Plenty of close calls since, including in a division of this race last year, and again when second of 11 over C&D a fortnight ago (beaten by one who had things go much more her way). Can't be dismissed off an unchanged mark.
Tanjen (IRE)
A dual 5f scorer in 2025 but she's yet to fire this season, just seventh of 12 in handicap at Newcastle (5f) 29 days ago. Others appeal more.
Far Too Fizzy
Made all for an easy success at Lingfield (6f) in January. Off 4 months (gelded) and posted an encouraging fourth of 12 in handicap at Wolverhampton (6f) 8 days ago, fading only late on. This speedy sort is well drawn here back in trip and makes a fair bit of appeal.
Harry Mole
Lightly-raced maiden who arrives in good form, second of 14 in handicap at Bath (5f) last month. Can make his presence felt again.
