  1. Rusty Harkness

  2. Le Questionnaire (FR)

  3. O'callaghan Can (IRE)

Timeform View

RUSTY HARKNESS sets a clear standard and looks to have been found the perfect opportunity to register a first career success back over hurdles. Le Questionnaire is feared most if bouncing back, whilst O'Callaghan Can also looks capable of being involved.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Rusty Harkness traded at a low of 3.00 and Betfair SP of 3.85 when losing last time, a race in which it raced prominently.

Timeform Comments

Barton Sky (IRE)
Winning pointer who shaped with encouragement when 24 lengths sixth of 16 to Con's Roc in a warm hunter chase at Limerick on Rules debut. Pulled up in a point last time and now switches to hurdles.
Clone Cross
Maiden pointer/hurdler who has already been placed twice this season and would have done so for a third time had he not fallen heavily last in handicap at Killarney last time.
Installment (IRE)
Showed more than previously when 4¾ lengths fourth of 13 to Butch Coolidge in maiden at Tramore in May, finishing with running left. Capable of building on that but likely one for handicaps later on.
Le Questionnaire (FR)
Placed both starts in British points and left hurdling debut effort behind when runner-up in a 2m Tramore maiden in April. Backed that up when filling the same position over 19f at Downpatrick the following month. Proved a let-down at Punchestown last time, though, and needs to bounce back.
Lord Lackendarra (IRE)
Modest maiden in bumpers/over hurdles. Vulnerable in this company.
O'callaghan Can (IRE)
Showed more than he had in bumpers when 5¾ lengths third of 12 to Marcelrock in maiden hurdle at Downpatrick last time. Place claims again if able to replicate or even build on that effort.
Ruled By The Sun (IRE)
Down the field on both starts in bumpers.
Rusty Harkness
Finished in the frame on 3 of 4 starts over hurdles and shaped well when 1½ lengths second of 5 to Sporting Glance in maiden chase at Limerick in May. Looks to have been found a good opportunity to get off the mark back over hurdles.
Giorgia Rose (FR)
Maiden pointer went with little promise in a Clonmel bumper but has shown more when placed in maiden hurdles on last 2 starts, 21 lengths third of 13 to Ardeen Joy at Bellewstown on latest.
