Low-mileage 3-y-o who's steadily improving and showed the best turn of foot having had the run of things from the front when winning a 5-runner handicap at Hamilton (8.3f, good to firm) 9 days ago. Player having been raised 5 lb.
Master Of Entropy
Placed in a Newcastle maiden on return but has seemed well summed up by his early handicap marks on his last 3 outings, finishing sixth of 9 at Catterick (7f, firm, 13/2) 18 days ago.
The New Bay Pearl
Placed 3 times last year for Roger Varian and offered a little bit more than previously for this yard when 3½ lengths fourth of 7 to Mount King in handicap at this C&D (good, 14/1) 9 days ago. Not ideally placed there but others still make more appeal.
Bradbury (IRE)
Not straightforward but recorded 1¼m wins at Leicester (good) and Wetherby (good to firm) in June. Shaped as if still in form having been left poorly placed in a slowly-run race at Beverley (1¼m, good to firm) 12 days ago, so isn't ruled out.
