Losing run dates back to 2024 and went a long way to showing why it's got to that stage when neck second of 6 to Nymphaea in similar event at Nottingham (1¼m, good to firm) last week, essentially outbattled in hands-and-heels race. Cheekpieces reapplied and booking of Loughnane signals intent.
Nymphaea
Opened account at the fourteenth attempt in 4-runner handicap at Nottingham last month and doubled her tally back there under this rider in 6-runner similar event (1¼m, good to firm) last week by neck from Charencey, outbattling that rival. In the mix again.
Stintino Sunset
Not the easiest to win with but has made the frame all 6 starts in the current campaign, going down only to one that was well ahead of his mark at Epsom (1½m, good to firm) earlier in the month. Back down in class and she can be on the premises once more.
Twilight Guest
Recorded a hat-trick last season but has struggled for form this year, admittedly not best positioned given the slow gallop over C&D (good to firm) 5 days ago. Others more appealing.

Losing sequence is mounting up (30) and merely ticking over at present, fifth of 9 at Carlisle (1m, good) earlier in the month. Hiked back up in trip but easy enough to look elsewhere for win purposes.
