SUPPLICATE picked up where she left off when making a winning return at Bath in May, the runner-up scoring next time, and she is taken to land the hat-trick with more still to offer on handicap debut. The biggest threat could come from Sassicaia, who has had excuses on his last 2 starts, ahead of Bee Farmer.

Timeform Comments

Crown Office
Landed the odds in a 6f Leicester maiden (soft) on final outing last year. Making second start this season, he was a never-nearer fourth in 10-runner handicap at Sandown (7f) in June but wasn't in the same form at Ascot (1m, good to firm) 20 days ago. Up further in trip.
Affection (FR)
Four wins at up to 1½m in France, the latest in a claimer at Salon-de-Provence in April. Ran well on stable debut when third of 7 in handicap at Salisbury (1¼m) in June but offered little encouragement when tried over hurdles at Newton Abbot last time.
Sassicaia (IRE)
Successful on debut at Wolverhampton (8.5f) in December and improved when making the frame in a Southwell novice on return. Hasn't been seen to best effect in handicaps over this trip the last twice, not ideally placed at Sandown, so he's worth another chance.
Bee Farmer
Bumped into a progressive type at Redcar on his second start and soon left behind a lesser effort when fourth of 11 on handicap debut at York (1m) 20 days ago. Bred to be at least useful so there could still be better to come.
Supplicate
Confirmed promise of her debut when landing the odds at Lingfield (1m) in December. After 6 months off, comfortably followed up in novice at Bath (1¼m) in May and she remains capable of better as she goes handicapping. Leading contender.
