A competitive handicap with several having claims. Preference is for Willie Mullins' THREAD OF GOLD, who has few miles on the clock and is open to improvement, particularly now trying this longer trip. Fixation may do best of the remainder from Touch The Moon, with Port Of Spain another to consider back down in grade.

Improved in leaps and bounds last season, following up her win in strong Curragh handicap with an emphatic success in listed race at Leopardstown in October. Yet to fire this term and needs to bounce back returned to a handicap.
This Songisforyou (USA)
Lightly-raced for his age and winless since 2024. Fit from jumps, second of 13 in handicap at the Curragh (1½m, good to firm) last month. Each-way claims once more.
Dawn Rising (IRE)
Has been shaping better than his form figures suggest this season, but is likely to be of more interest when back at 2m+, for all the handicapper is steadily relenting.
Chica Guerrera (IRE)
Produced a career-best effort when winning 9-runner handicap by 6½ lengths from Apercu at Down Royal (10.4f, soft, 4/1) last month. Has been raised 14 lb but would prefer rain to arrive.
Port Of Spain (IRE)
Useful form at 2 yrs, winning 1m maiden at Punchestown and finishing third in 9f Leopardstown Group 3. 9/1, well-beaten last of 11 behind Limestone in Queen's Vase at Royal Ascot (1¾m, good to firm) last month. Steps back down in trip on return to handicapping and can bounce back.
The Real Screamer (IRE)
Has had a productive year winning handicaps at Dundalk and Leopardstown before a creditable third at the Curragh (1½m, good to firm) in June, despite not being seen to best effect. Gone up plenty in the weights this season but can give another good account.
Fixation (IRE)
Had been shaping well this season before scoring in 12-runner handicap at the Curragh (1¼m, good to firm) in first-time cheekpieces last time, suited by a well-run race. Will remain of interest on the back of a 9 lb rise in the weights.
Touch The Moon (IRE)
Useful form for George Scott in 2025. Maintained his level of form this season, making the frame in lady riders events at Leopardstown and the Curragh, despite doing a bit too much too soon on the latter occasion. Entitled to be thereabouts.
Kingstonian
Tramore maiden winner who finished a well-backed second behind Shrimp Shady in the Chester Plate on reapperance. Subsequently paid the price for trying to make it a decent test over 1¾m at the Curragh and now drops back down in trip on just his third start for excellent yard.
Mo Ghille Mar (IRE)
Sole win on the Flat for Mrs J. Harrington in 2025 at Down Royal 12 months ago. Won over hurdles for this yard in May. May prove vulnerable for win purposes back on the Flat.
Tribal Star (IRE)
Has produced some creditable efforts in defeat in some good staying races this season. 5/1, good second of 7 in handicap at Killarney (17f, good) 17 days ago, better placed than most. May find a few too good back down in trip/grade.
Mr Vettori (IRE)
Got off the mark at Gowran in October and returned with a second in conditions event at Cork in April. In first-time cheekpieces, got back on track when 5¼ lengths fourth of 9 to Causeway in Gallinule Stakes at the Curragh (1¼m, good to firm, 40/1) in May. Doesn't look particularly well handicapped.
Thread Of Gold (IRE)
Made a winning start at the Curragh last year and built on reappearance to land 11-runner event on handicap debut (7/1) at Leopardstown (9f, good to firm) 22 days ago. Significantly up in trip and is open to further progress.
Immutable (IRE)
C&D winner who ran to a borderline useful level when runner-up at Cork (1½m, heavy) second time up this season in May. Hasn't stood much racing in recent years and can give his running.
Navy Waters (IRE)
First past the post 3 times last season. Produced a career best when fifth at Cork in May. 11/1, respectable fourth of 13 in handicap at the Curragh (1½m, good to firm) 33 days ago, meeting some trouble. May prove vulnerable for win purposes.
Night Moon (GER)
Won on final start for David Marnane in 2023. Failed to score over hurdles for this yard in 2025/26 but was a clear cut winner of an 18-runner handicap (6/1) at Fairyhouse (1¾m, good to soft) in June. Has gone up plenty in the weights and this demands more.
Satono Chevalier (IRE)
Has won 3 of his last 5 starts, 2 of them for current yard, latest at Limerick in June. Good third of 7 in handicap (9/1) at Killarney (17f, good) 17 days ago, well positioned. Steps back down in trip though this is tougher.
Narlita (GER)
Turned in creditable efforts on first 3 starts this season. Not quite in same form when 11 lengths fourth of 9 to Chica Guerrera in handicap at Down Royal (10.4f, soft, 16/1) in June. Has yet to win off a mark this high.
