Timeform View

LINFORD looks to have a bright future, and he can make it 3-3 in bumpers for the Mullins team. Caislean Gear is narrowly preferred to Mindyourheadmike in the battle for silver.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Linford traded at a high of 2.98 and Betfair SP of 2.14 when winning last time, a race in which it raced prominently and travelled strongly early on.

Timeform Comments

Farney Bridge (IRE)
Left debut effort well behind when winning 15-runner bumper at Killarney. Horse that finished second was well beaten here earlier in the week. Looks vulnerable under a penalty.
Linford (FR)
Bred to stay well but has shown plenty of speed to land back-to-back wins at Killarney/Roscommon. Looks a smart prospect for powerful connections and should make it a hat-trick following 8 weeks off.
Mindyourheadmike (IRE)
Proved a different proposition when dominating a Clonmel bumper on second Rules start in mid-May. Subsequently sold out of the Terence O'Brien stable for £42,000 and this will take a lot more winning.
Caislean Gear (IRE)
Built on his debut promise at the second time of asking when dictating to land a Killarney bumper by 1½ lengths. Unlikely to live with the Mullins hotpot but has solid claims to be best of rest.
Reafadda (IRE)
€2,000 3-y-o, Wings of Eagles gelding. Half-brother to 2 winners, including fairly useful hurdler/chaser Cable. Dam unraced half-sister to smart 7f/1m winner Price Tag. Hard to see this cheap purchase making an impact.
Back In Favour (IRE)
Off the mark in points at sixth attempt. Offered only a bit of encouragement when mid-field in a Roscommon bumper on debut (wore hood).
The Two Mary's (IRE)
Affinisea filly. Dam, maiden on Flat (stayed 1m), half-sister to smart hurdler (2m winner) Milkwood out of useful 2m hurdler Tropical Lake. Failed to complete both starts in points, pulled up latest in April. Up against it on Rules debut.
