HAMIYAN finally gets the step up in trip he's long been crying out for and he can get the better of the in-form Daler. Letiza also shaped well on her yard debut last time and completes the shortlist in a good-looking race.

Timeform Comments

Daler (IRE)
With cheekpieces added, doubled his tally in 15-runner event at Leopardstown (9f, soft) in June. Has remained in good form when placed both starts since and he makes appeal again with yard's runners continuing to go well.
Diamond Exchange (IRE)
Progressed when winning maiden at Dundalk and handicap at Leopardstown this year. Not in same form next 2 starts but got back on track when fifth at Killarney (11.4f) 20 days ago and her mark has eased a little more ahead of this.
Genoah (IRE)
Four-time Dundalk winner who is yet to score on turf but has a lower mark to work with and produced a good second of 12 in a handicap at Curragh in June. Shaped as is still in form, rallying late after becoming outpaced, when fifth of 11 at Navan (1¼m, good to firm) 23 days ago. Respected.
Nakasero (IRE)
Won at Leopardstown last summer. Hit and miss off higher marks since, though, posting best effort this season when runner-up at Dundalk in January. Never threatened on either turf outing this summer but this does at least represent a drop in grade as he goes back up in trip.
Pavilion End
Had seemingly gone completely off the boil prior to finishing second of 8 in minor event at Fairyhouse (1¾m, good) 26 days ago, having the run of race and only just failing to wrestle back the advantage late on. Now has to back that up.
Letiza (IRE)
Won at Down Royal last summer for Henry de Bromhead but failed to beat a rival in 2 starts for Adrian Nicholls in Britain during the winter. Much more like it on yard debut when second of 11 at Navan (1¼m, good to firm) 23 days ago, conceding first run to the winner. Player after 4 lb rise.
Enchanted Lady
Gradually progressive in a trio of maidens but soundly beaten on handicap debut at Down Royal 44 days ago.
My Girl Grace (IRE)
Overcome inexperience when making a winning debut in a Leopardstown maiden in June and ran to a similar level despite failing to justify support when seventh of 9 in handicap at Killarney (11.4f, good) 20 days ago. Stable having good spell.
Hamiyan (FR)
Fairly useful gelding who got back on track in first-time cheekpieces and not for the first time shaped as if ready for a step up in trip when staying on for fourth in a 13-runner Leopardstown handicap (1m) last month. Finally tackles a longer distance and he should go well.
Big Dispute (IRE)
Fairly useful bumper winner. Lightly raced on Flat and finished last of 10 in maiden (gambled-on 3/1) at Tramore (1½m, good) 27 days ago. Betting might prove best guide on handicap debut.
Covert Legend
Travelled fluently when fourth of 14 at Curragh in June on first start for current trainer after an 8-month break but only fourth of 5 at Carlisle 30 days ago, perhaps finding the race coming too soon. Wears a visor for the first time.
