Timeform View

LOVE ALIVE takes a handy drop in class on the back of a fairly encouraging stable debut third at Thirsk 12 days ago and she's fancied to build on that operating 7 lb below her last winning mark. Cape Toronada and Havana Jag are fellow in-form sorts fancied to feature.

Timeform Comments

Love Alive
Got off the mark from a 7 lb higher mark at Wolverhampton (5f) in February and posted one of her better efforts since on debut for new yard when third at Thirsk (6f) 12 days ago. Set plenty to do on that occasion and better showing anticipated here.
Havana Jag
Remains a maiden but posted best effort yet when second at Newbury (5f) on penultimate start. Ran to a similar level despite being a little tight for room when third at Yarmouth (6f) since and she's one to consider from the same mark.
Cape Toronada (FR)
Low-mileage 3-y-o who gained breakthrough victory over C&D in June and ran respectably on the back of a 6 lb rise when fourth at Windsor (6f) later that month. No reason why she won't be competitive again.
Mister Moet (IRE)
Dual winner on the all-weather at Lingfield earlier in the season. Exploits mixed more recently but did run respectably when fourth back on all-weather at Wolverhampton (7f) 2 weeks ago. Needs to back that up back on turf.
Beach Partee
Won 3 times as a juvenile but yet to score as a 3-y-o for current yard, not proving much of a threat on the back of a further ease in weights at Bath 3 weeks ago.
