PURE PASSION displayed plenty of speed in a pair of all-weather novice contests around the turn of the year and with her reappearance run at Southwell best overlooked, she could be worth siding with on her first try in classified company. Cabeza de Llave and Banana head up the dangers, along with Charging Bull.

Cabeza De Llave
Is on a long losing run but again ran with credit when third in handicap at Windsor (5f) in June. Not scaled same heights in 2 subsequent runs (too free latest) but now dips in to classified company and better showing not ruled out.
Charging Bull (IRE)
Went close at Nottingham (5f, soft) in June and dispelled a lesser effort with a hood quickly refitted when plugging on fourth over 6f here 13 days ago. Tricky sort who remains a maiden but booking of Marquand an obvious plus.
Chiedozie
Long-standing maiden who again showed nothing from long way out of the weights when last of 10 in handicap at Newmarket (6f) 5 days ago. Returns to more suitable grade with a hood refitted but recent efforts hardly inspire confidence.
She Went Whoosh (IRE)
Best effort for a while when runner-up at Bath in May but has followed that up with 4 poor efforts and yard look to hold much stronger claims with Banana.
Mayflower Rock
Caught the eye on second of 3 starts in novice company but proved easy to back and was well held making handicap debut over 7f here 5 weeks ago. Drops back to 6f/eased in class now and it remains early days at least.
Pure Passion
Showed speed both starts on all-weather around the turn of the year and had excuses when well beaten on return/qualifying run at Southwell (got no cover out wide/raced freely) 2 weeks ago. Highly likely she's capable of better and worth chancing in this company.
Shining Guest (IRE)
Showed little in trio of novice/maidens and similar story on first start in this company over 6f here 6 weeks ago.
