Timeform View

Last year's winner SINBAD MY DAD has dropped to a fair mark and acquitted himself well in a higher grade here last time. He may be able to take the prize home again. Bella Colombia, Tachos and Jasmine Affanalis make up the shortlist.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Ardeur traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP 3 times on its last 5 starts: Werifesteria traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP twice on 3 of its last 3 starts.

Timeform Comments

Tachos (IRE)
In better form than recent form figures suggest and she has slipped below her last winning mark. Respected.
Sinbad My Dad (IRE)
Sole success came in this contest (off 4 lb lower) 12 months ago and posted best effort this year when good fourth of 9 in handicap back at this course (1¼m, good, 10/1) 21 days ago. Shortlisted.
Bella Colombia (IRE)
Ended lengthy losing run at Dundalk in March and added to her tally with comfortable success in 13-runner handicap at Killarney (1m, good, 85/40) 22 days ago by 1½ lengths from Jasmine Affanalis. 7 lb higher now but must enter calculations.
Quafftide (IRE)
Lightly-raced filly who posted good fourth of 16 in maiden (14/1) at Limerick (7f, soft) 48 days ago. Upped in trip for handicap debut and is worth monitoring in the market. Tongue strap on first time.
Guy's Girl (IRE)
Back to best form when creditable third of 13 in handicap over longer trip at Ballinrobe in June but proved disappointing at Tramore since. Others preferred.
Moyassr (IRE)
Good record at Dundalk (2 more wins in January) and struck at Fairyhouse in May. More miss than hit since, though.
Pallatine Hills (IRE)
Returned with respectable sixth of 17 in handicap at this course (1m, soft, 9/1) in April but not seen since and remains winless.
Star Mind
Returned to winning ways over C&D (soft) in April but nowhere near that form at this course the following month, reportedly bled. Can't be ruled out.
Tequila (FR)
Still looking for first success and no signs of improvement on debut for new yard at Dundalk last month.
Ohmali (IRE)
Opened account at Gowran (1m) in September but been a mixed bag since, below par the last twice. Others are more convincing.
Comfort Line (IRE)
Back to winning ways at Dundalk in April and acquitted himself well since, latest when sixth of 14 in handicap (11/2) at this course (7f, good) 21 days ago. Back up in trip. Enters calculations.
Darkdeserthighway (IRE)
Has registered 3 of her 4 wins at Dundalk and she was in good order there earlier in the year. Not at that level on turf but performed with credit when sixth of 16 in handicap (33/1) at Naas (7f, good) 3 days ago and ought to appreciate the return to this longer trip. Each-way claims.
Jasmine Affanalis (IRE)
Ended last campaign with victory at Tipperary and back to that sort of form when creditable 1½ lengths second of 13 to Bella Colombia in handicap at Killarney (1m, good) 22 days ago. One of the likelier contenders.
Sonic Invader (IRE)
Seven-race maiden who has been tried over longer trips in handicaps, latest when seventh of 11 at Killarney (1m6f) 22 days ago. Others make more appeal.
Tanzanite Diamond (IRE)
Hit the frame in a pair of maidens at Fairyhouse in June but failed to progress when sent handicapping at the Curragh last month. Others more persuasive.
Ardeur
Yet to show much for this yard, last of 14 in handicap (28/1) at this course (7f, good) 21 days ago. Returns to longer trip but makes limited appeal.
God Knows (IRE)
Second twice in handicaps to end last season but well held in 4 runs back this year. Easy enough to look elsewhere.
Stepdance (IRE)
Completed hat-trick at Tramore last summer before showing fair form across 3 starts in novice hurdles. Below form in that sphere and on Flat since, however.
Little Wing (IRE)
No impact in a trio of maidens but may improve now upped in trip for handicap debut, although her opening mark could have been kinder.
Dancing Steve (IRE)
Winner at Navan last summer but ended the season out of sorts and has fared no better this summer. Visor back on.
Werifesteria (USA)
No real impact in maidens but drops back in trip for handicap debut and is worth monitoring in the market.
Wild Berries (IRE)
Yet to trouble the judge and has been below best in both starts this term. Tries longer trip now but is hard to fancy.
The Holy Apostle (IRE)
Mixed record as a juvenile and no real encouragement to glean from 3 starts this season. RESERVE.
Nibras Rainbow (IRE)
Doubled his tally for current yard in 22-runner handicap over C&D last month and backed that up with creditable third of 12 in handicap at Ballinrobe 17 days ago. Respected. RESERVE.
Cleopatra's Needle (IRE)
Underperformed in this sphere last month but posted good fourth of 20 in handicap hurdle at Galway (2m, good to soft, 22/1) since and is not discounted. RESERVE.
