HE WHO DARES backed up last month's hurdle success with a good third on the Flat at Tramore and likely has more to offer in this sphere yet. He makes plenty of appeal. Miss Gitana and Makaiah are also of interest.

Timeform Comments

Chutzpal (IRE)
Showed benefit of reappearance when fair fifth of 8 in minor event at Fairyhouse (1¾m, good) 29 days ago. Claims if building on that.
Not Just Any Eagle (IRE)
Third of 8 in a conditions race at Fairyhouse last month but took strong hold and was one paced. Not the easiest to win with these days.
Boxing Great (IRE)
Won a 2m handicap at Dundalk in December but hasn't looked to have much in hand of his mark when performing creditably without unduly threatening in the finish all 3 starts this year.
Catalani (IRE)
Point/hunter chase winner but yet to really threaten in a trio of starts on Flat. May do better now switched to handicapping, though.
Derry Lad (IRE)
On a lengthy losing run and failed to build on promise of previous start when fifth of 6 in handicap (8/1) at this course (13f, good) 21 days ago. Mark continues to fall, though.
Miss Gitana (IRE)
Made more impact than previously when good third of 9 in handicap (33/1) over C&D (good to firm) 14 days ago. Experienced amateur booked so warrants respect.
Peace Walk
Sold cheaply after losing his way for Charlie Johnston and likely needed the outing, back from 20 months off, when seventh of 10 in claimer (66/1) at Limerick (1½m, good to soft) 57 days ago. This run should reveal more.
Makaiah (IRE)
Ended 2025 out of sorts but back to form after 6 months off when second of 14 in handicap (17/2) at Roscommon (1½m, good) in May. Not in same form at Ballinrobe since but must enter calculations with top amateur on board.
He Who Dares (IRE)
Much improved when scoring over hurdles at Wexford last month and left his previous efforts in this sphere behind when third of 12 in handicap at Tramore (2m, good) 30 days ago. Big player.
Supreme Law (IRE)
Long-standing maiden who is easily passed over from 13 lb out of the handicap.
