€22,000 Poet's Word half-brother to useful hurdler/chaser Golden Taipan. Quite well backed but faded on debut at Killarney 23 days ago. Clearly thought capable of better.

1,750 gns Pillar Coral half-brother to fair hurdler Fourtowns. Sent off 125/1 but showed a fair bit of ability when third of 16 in Bellewstown bumper on debut last month, taking a keen hold. That's the best form on offer.
