Timeform Comments

Devious Devan (IRE)
Finally got off the mark at Wolverhampton in May. Respectable fifth of 10 in handicap at Kempton (1m) last month and not seen to best effect when last of 7 at Windsor since. Possibilities.
Fozzy Osbourne
Lightly-raced maiden who was a close third on his C&D handicap debut last month. Failed to repeat that when fifth of 9 over 1¼m here 16 days ago but may do better back down in trip.
Too Much Trevor
Discovered the winning knack of late, scoring twice at this track (6f/7f) this summer. Does need to shrug off a poor run here last time, though. Back up in trip.
Galactic Glow (IRE)
Eleven runs since last win in 2025 but has finished runner-up 4 times this summer, including going down by only a neck over C&D (good to firm) latest. Likely to give another good account.
Desert Charm
Back to winning ways over C&D (good) in June and followed up in a classified event at Lingfield (good to firm) 12 days later. Edged out only on the line when bidding for the hat-trick at Salisbury (1m, good) last time. Should go well again.
Knightmare (IRE)
Gained reward for a string of solid efforts when shedding maiden tag in C&D classified race (good to firm) last month. Fine second at Ffos Las since and likely to be in the thick of things again.
Redhot Whisper (IRE)
Long-standing maiden but he's dropped plenty in the weights and placed efforts on his last 3 starts (C&D latest) show he's down to a mark he can be very competitive from. Yard in form. Another to consider.
The Bureau Club (FR)
Maiden who hasn't helped her cause by regularly missing the break. Respectable fourth of 6 in handicap at Nottingham (9f, good to firm) 19 days ago. Tongue strap on first time.
Ajrad
Three-time C&D winner, including this race last year. Creditable 1½ lengths third of 12 to Too Much Trevor here (7f, good to firm) 24 days ago. Another who can't be discounted.
Scarfo (IRE)
Gained a first win for 2 years when seeing off 7 rivals over C&D in June and has remained in form with 3 placed efforts since.
A Rose Adaay
Yet to win in 10 career runs but creditable third in classified events at Ffos Las and over C&D (to Knightmare) on her last 2 outings.
Weston Court (IRE)
In reasonable form of late, making the frame on last 4 outings, finishing 3¾ lengths fourth of 10 to Knightmare in classified event over C&D (good to firm) 16 days ago.
Beau Chevalier
No worthwhile form.
