Timeform View

FIFTY NIFTY cashed in on a much-reduced mark on just third outing for current yard over C&D last week and remains very well treated on old form, so he's taken to make light of a 5 lb penalty. Ziggy's Condor ought to give another good account, while 3-y-o Molly Mac and Mumayaz are others to consider.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

A strongly contested lead could count against Northcliff, who is expected to try and race close up: Such a hotly-contested pace as is on the cards here may be to the benefit of Fifty Nifty who is likely to make a challenge late.

Timeform Comments

Fifty Nifty (IRE)
Free-going sort who took advantage of a much-reduced mark on just third run for current stable in 10-runner event over C&D last week. That effort has a solid look to it and remains well treated on old form under a 5 lb penalty.
Mumayaz (IRE)
Rejoined this yard from James Owen in March and ran out an easy winner at Leicester (6f) in May. Not seen to best effect at Newbury on most recent outing, finishing with running left after being forced to switch final 50 yds and can't be taken lightly.
Ziggy's Condor (IRE)
Back on track since returning to a lower level, finishing third at Doncaster (6f) and second at Southwell (6f) recently. Should remain competitive.
Spirit Of Jenny (IRE)
Confirmed reappearance promise when off the mark at Southwell (6f) in April. Found only one too good at Leicester the following month but didn't fire back on all-weather after a break at former course last week.
Northcliff (IRE)
Landed a gamble on final start for Thomas Faulkner at Chepstow (7f) in May and posted best effort for current yard down in grade when second in 9-runner handicap at Thirsk (6f) just under a fortnight ago. Respected up 2 lb.
Beauzon
Completed a remarkable 7-timer in typical fashion from the front at Wolverhampton (6f) in March. However, was well beaten after 4 months off at Chester in July and then lost his action in the early stages there on most recent outing.
Rebel Path (FR)
Well over a year since last successful but ran well in first-time cheekpieces when third of 10 in a C&D handicap (good to firm) 14 days ago. In the mix with a repeat.
Romantic Twilight
Opened her account switched to a nursery at Yarmouth (6f) in October. Too free in a stronger race back at 7f at Newmarket on final 2-y-o start and little encouragement to take from all 3 outings this term.
Currahee (IRE)
Twice a winner for this yard last season and, having dropped down to last winning mark, turned in his best effort of the season when fourth in 10-runner C&D handicap 2 weeks ago. Cheekpieces on for 1st time. Needs considering.
Bayraat
Veteran who landed 5.5f handicap at Wetherby in June. Backed it up with a good second of 10 at Doncaster but found run of good form coming to a halt from 3 lb out of the weights at York last time. Must bounce back.
Molly Mac (IRE)
Seemed to show improved form when finally off the mark in 7-runner handicap at Nottingham (6f, good) 15 days ago. Nudged up 6 lb but scored comfortably and should remain competitive.
Em Jay Kay
Recorded a fifth career success in 6f handicap at Lingfield in January, but below form all 4 starts since and now reverts to turf for the first time in a while.
