Timeform View

A runner-up on handicap debut last time, MAXMINELLI is fancied to go one better. Feared most is Rodeo Blues, who could make a bold bid to resume winning ways.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Tanzanite Diamond traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP on 2 of its last 5 starts: Mare Crisium has traded at 50% or less of Betfair SP twice on its last 5 starts.

Timeform Comments

Maxminelli (IRE)
Steadily improving 3-y-o has placed on his last 3 starts. Only beaten by a fairly useful one on handicap bow at Limerick latest. Leading claims now eased slightly in grade.
Sunrush (IRE)
Offered something to work with in maidens. No impact from stiff-looking opening mark at Leopardstown (9f) in early-June. Gelded since but longer trip a question mark.
Rodeo Blues (IRE)
Blue Point filly who was always holding on when landing a double at Naas (11f) in early-June. Ran creditably without finding any further progress when fifth in big-field Galway Festival handicap subsequently. Fancied to make more impact in a less competitive event here.
Tanzanite Diamond (IRE)
Hit the frame in a pair of maidens at Fairyhouse in June. No impact in couple of handicap starts (9f), however, does have his sights lowered here. Could be interesting back over significantly longer trip.
Love Orchid (IRE)
Best effort when fourth in claimer at Killarney. Has struggled to land a blow in 1m handicaps and hopes of improvement rest on marked step up in trip (dam related to middle-distance winners).
A Pretty Penny (IRE)
Off the mark at Ballinrobe in May. Ran every bit as well when 4¾ lengths second on first start against her elders over C&D latest, for all it wasn't the strongest handicap.
Mare Crisium (IRE)
Has returned to form with a couple of in-frame finishes at Ballinrobe/Sligo. Might have finished closer than the 10¼ lengths beaten distance with a clearer run on latest of those starts. Solid chance at the weights off 2 lb lower.
Tickle The Cat (GER)
Sea The Moon filly was again beaten at long odds on qualifying run at Naas (1m) in late-June. This trip much more in keeping with her pedigree and begins life in handicaps off a lowly mark.
