Timeform View

YES WALIIM escapes a penalty for last week's Lingfield win and can follow up at the chief expense of Jackie Brown, who did well to score at Bath last time and Sisters In The Sky, who should benefit from this step back up in trip.

Timeform Comments

Yes Waliim (IRE)
Took advantage of a drop in grade when getting off the mark under this rider in a 10-runner handicap at Lingfield (7f, AW) 6 days ago, always holding on. Escapes a penalty and he makes plenty of appeal again.
Nzuri
Fair maiden for Jack Channon. Solid start for new yard with in-frame finishes in sprint handicaps at Newbury/Leicester but carried her head a bit awkwardly and didn't land a serious blow back in novice company at Bath last time.
Manhattan Chute (IRE)
Sprung a 50/1 surprise at Lingfield (5f) in January and justified support after a spell in the doldrums when landing a classified event at Leicester (6f) last month. Backed that up when runner-up in a Brighton handicap 10 days ago but he's not one to usually hold his form for too long.
Geemann
Produced by far his best efforts in handicaps when third of 8 at Chepstow (6f, good to firm) 8 days ago but likely to need more again to score from this unchanged mark.
Sundiata Keita (IRE)
Stepped up on stable debut/reappearance when length second of 7 at Chepstow last month and was always on the back foot after a slow break there last week. That's not usually an issue for him and he's worth another chance to build on that promise.
Reporter
Winner here (5f, good to firm) last summer for Michael Attwater. Below par in 2 comeback outings in the spring and hasn't fared any better after a stable switch in as many outings in recent weeks.
Caitlin G
Still not long with this yard and built on an encouraging fourth at Lingfield by getting off the mark in a 6-runner minor event at Yarmouth (7f, good to firm) 15 days ago. Very much had the run of the race there, though, so might need more again back handicapping.
Jackie Brown (IRE)
Confirmed previous promise for this yard when winning a 9-runner minor event at Bath (5.7f, firm) 17 days ago by nose from Symbol of Hope. Did well to overcome significant trouble in running there and she can go well again back in a handicap.
Rainbow Sorbet (IRE)
Some encouragement on sole outing in Ireland on debut but has shown little for current yard. Only of interest if the market speaks in her favour.
Sisters In The Sky
Was once again badly outpaced early before rattling home to good effort when a close third of 9 to Jackie Brown in minor event at Bath (5.7f, firm, 9/1) 17 days ago, likely to have got up in another stride or 2. Interesting back at this slightly longer trip.
Symbol Of Hope
On lengthy losing run but was denied by the narrowest of margins by Jackie Brown in a 9-runner minor event (17/2) at Bath (5.7f, firm) 17 days ago. Back handicapping from lowly mark.
Just King High (IRE)
Just respectable efforts at best since joining this yard and whilst he met trouble at the start in a Lingfield classified event 9 days ago, others make more appeal back in handicap company.
