EIGHTEENTH SMILES didn't get the breaks when third on his nursery debut at Galway last month and remains with potential. He could be the answer here. Luca Brillante and Cashel Queen head the list of dangers.

Timeform Comments

Captain James Cook
Nicely bred but finished well held in both starts thus far. Tries longer trip now.
Eighteenth Smiles (IRE)
Progressed gradually in maidens before finding drop back in trip against him at Navan (6f). Shaped well, having got no sort of run, when third of 7 in nursery (12/1) at Galway (7f, soft) 19 days ago and remains open to progress.
Hypiradon (IRE)
Found a little improvement when sixth of 10 in maiden at Galway (7f, good, 80/1) 16 days ago. More needed to break duck here, however.
Nando Royale (IRE)
Built on debut effort when third of 15 in maiden over C&D (good to soft, 10/1) 49 days ago. May have more to offer yet.
Pints Of Glory (IRE)
Posted fair form in both starts thus far, latest when sixth of 8 in maiden at Leopardstown (1m, good to firm) 12 days ago. Yard having good spell. Remains open to improvement.
Prince Of Peppard (IRE)
Showed some ability in a couple of maidens, latest when sixth of 18 at Naas (6f, good to firm) 27 days ago. Likely to be seen in better light when sent handicapping. Cheekpieces on first time.
Cashel Queen (IRE)
Thrice-raced filly who made the frame again when fourth of 6 in maiden at Down Royal (7f, good) 32 days ago, slowly away. Ought to give another good account.
Green Sparkle (IRE)
Appealing pedigree but went backwards from debut when tenth of 14 in minor event at the Curragh (7f, good to firm, 50/1) 9 days ago. Now tried in hood.
Honey Deuce (FR)
Failed to progress from debut when ninth of 13 in maiden at Leopardstown (7f, good to firm) 40 days ago. Likely to need more time.
Luca Brillante (IRE)
Well-bred filly who offered more than on debut when seventh of 19 in maiden at the Curragh (6f, good to firm, 125/1) 9 days ago. Likely more to come yet, particularly now stepped up in trip.
Matavai Bay (IRE)
No real impact in either start and looks one for handicaps down the line.
Someday Somewhere (IRE)
Acquitted herself well in both starts to date, latest when fourth of 10 in maiden at Galway (7f, good, 7/2) 16 days ago. Not taken lightly.
