Timeform View

A case can be made for a few of these but the verdict goes to GHISA who is better than her recent form figures suggest and can now capitalise on a lenient-looking mark. Both Too Too Divine (second choice) and Miss Gallant appeal as likely improvers now going handicapping and can play a prominent role too, while the reliable Hilltop also needs factoring in.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Splash could be expected to race prominently. Of those in the front half of the betting forecast, Bami might be well positioned in a slowly run affair: Of the better-fancied horses, Too Too Divine is most likely to be ridden furthest from the pace.

Timeform Comments

Hilltop
Resumed winning ways at Newcastle in March and has continued in good form, fourth of 7 to Rogue Citation in handicap over C&D (good to firm) 14 days ago. Can go well again with Billy Loughnane now up.
Bami (IRE)
Progressive filly who landed 7f handicap at Newbury on return from 6 months off in June, showing a likeable attitude. Up 5 lb but in the picture again after another break.
Ghisa (IRE)
Won first 2 starts on all-weather for Ollie Pears last autumn. In very good form for current stable, again not getting the rub of the green when third of 9 in 7f handicap at Wolverhampton three weeks ago. A player eased 2 lb here.
Rogue Citation (IRE)
On the up since sent handicapping and led post when bagging 7-runner event over C&D (good to firm) two weeks ago. Up 3 lb but not out of things.
Splash
Bounced back to form with breakthrough win in 5-runner maiden at Yarmouth (7f, firm) 37 days ago. Needs to reproduce it returned to handicap company now.
Miss Gallant
Pinatubo filly built on debut promise to land 12-runner novice at Southwell (7f) last month. Open to further progress on handicap debut. Considered.
Too Too Divine (IRE)
Progressive Starman filly who gained a first success in 6f maiden (just failed but promoted after carried left) at Nottingham in July. More to offer now going handicapping, especially back up to 7f. Not without interest.
Allegrino (IRE)
Doubled her tally at Yarmouth (7f) in July and backed it up with a solid second of 3 in handicap at Lingfield 20 days ago. Ought to be thereabouts.
Ironist (IRE)
A fair 6f winner in 2025. Yet to hit top form this season though and failed to beat a rival in handicap at Yarmouth (7f, firm) last month.
