Timeform View

An ordinary-looking bumper with a chance taken on BELLAHILL, who finished third on his only outing in points and has joined a yard more than capable of readying one in this sphere. Baymount had the benefit of an enterprising ride when third at Wexford a fortnight ago but still leads the way on form ahead of Hill Silver. In Around Thehouse is another Rules newcomer to monitor closely in the betting.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Baymount traded at a low of 10.50 and Betfair SP of 110.00 when losing last time, a race in which it led.

Timeform Comments

Bellahill
€9,000 3-y-o, Poet's Word gelding. Closely related to 1m winner Yellow Bear. Dam 6f/7f winner. Third only outing in points (March 2025) and one to keep an eye on in the betting ahead of bumper debut.
Blackwood Joe (IRE)
Sent off 150/1 and showed nothing when last of 17 in bumper at Cork (2¼m, good to soft) on debut 18 days ago.
In Around Thehouse (IRE)
Half-brother to fairly useful hurdler/useful chaser Inch House (2¾m-3m winner, by Ocovango). Fell sole start in points back in May 2025 but requires a close look in the betting starting out under Rules in an ordinary-looking bumper.
Long Story (IRE)
Showed a bit more than on debut when seventh of 14 in bumper at Kilbeggan (2m, good, 80/1) in June. However, failed to repeat that effort at Ballinrobe the following month.
Ddakji (IRE)
Blue Bresil gelding who was backed but finished well held in 3-y-o hurdle at Leopardstown on debut in December and fared no better in a Galway bumper 7 months on.
Hill Silver (IRE)
€2,000 Hillstar half-brother to dual bumper winner Ellen Kelly. Much improved from debut when fourth of 13 in 17f bumper at Galway last month and this looks easier.
Lone Ash Lad (IRE)
Gustav Klimt gelding. Dam maiden on Flat (stayed 8.5f). Makes little appeal on paper but yard does have some success in this sphere. so a precautionary market check is advised.
Reafadda (IRE)
A cheap purchase who went with no promise in a small-field bumper at Galway (2m) 19 days ago.
A Quest For Cognac (IRE)
Fell sole start in points (March 2025) and was too free to achieve anything in a Wexford bumper last month. Fitting of a hood needs to make a big difference.
Baymount (IRE)
Exceeded expectations to some tune back in this sphere when third in 12-runner event at Wexford (17f, good, 66/1) 14 days ago, having benefit of enterprising ride. Leading chance if reproducing that.
No Brainer
Pulled up in both points and offered nothing in a Killarney bumper on Rules debut last month. Cheekpieces quickly reached for.
