Timeform View

SWEET BABY ZOU would probably have resumed her progression granted a clearer run at Galway last time and is taken to gain compensation here. Chirac lacked a change of gear last time, but he had won over 7f and finished runner-up over this trip at Cork prior to that, so he rates the chief danger. Casamorati left previous efforts well behind when a close second at Galway 21 days ago and is respected despite a 4 lb rise.

Timeform Comments

Golddream (FR)
Built on solid debut form to get off the mark in 1m Dundalk maiden in April but hasn't kicked on from that since for all he's had excuses on occasion. First-time visor now reached for in a bid to get him back on track.
Saga Lucia (IRE)
Mid-division in trio of maidens, shaping as if better for the run on return last month. Handicaps have clearly been the aim, but the assessor has taken few chances with his opening mark.
Casamorati (IRE)
Stepped up markedly on previous efforts when a neck second of 18 to Jp’s Express in a Galway handicap 3 weeks ago. He is up 4 lb for that performance, but a repeat would put him firmly in the mix here.
Glitter And Glory (IRE)
Made full use of her experience to get off the mark in Dundalk maiden (7f) in March. Has held form in handicaps since, but down the field when racing from out of the weights at the Curragh on last 2 starts. Will be suited by the return to 0-75 company.
Chapel Lane (IRE)
Not yet fully exposed and took another step forward when 1½ lengths third of 10 to Watch Tower in extended 7f handicap at Leopardstown last month. Visor now removed.
Sweet Baby Zou
Career best when winning 14-runner handicap at Gowran (9.5f, good) in June and took step back in right direction when 3¾ lengths sixth of 18 to Jp's Express at Galway, likely to have finished significantly closer with a clearer run. Cheekpieces back on. Shortlisted.
Only One Scobie (IRE)
Made all when easily winning a 1m Leopardstown handicap in June and backed that up despite doing too much too soon when 2¾ lengths third of 12 to Meriden there a week later. Not so good reverting to more patient tactics on last 2 starts, however.
Chirac (IRE)
Justified support at Gowran in April and got back on the up behind an improver in a 1m Cork handicap in June. Wasn't in quite the same form when fourth over C&D last month, but his profile remains a largely positive one and useful claimer takes off a handy 5 lb.
Sancerre Rock (IRE)
Showed fair form when mid-field in a maiden at Limerick on debut but has failed to build on that since, including on handicap debut last time.
John La Bear (IRE)
Stepped up on previous efforts when winning 11-runner handicap at Dundalk in December but has failed to trouble the judge in 2 outings this year from his revised mark.
