Lots with chances but it could pay to side with RHOSCOLYN to end a losing run and capitalise on a lenient mark now that ground conditions have swung in his favour. George Boughey's improving Asuka rates a major danger though in his bid to gain a fourth success from five starts to date. Collecting Coin, Goldmoyne and Vixey also need factoring in.

Captured this prize in 2024. Off 5 months before only seventeenth of 18 in handicap at Goodwood (1m, good to firm) 22 days ago. The sort to bounce back though.
Five Ways
Group 3 winner last year (also fourth in the Middle Park on final outing). Below par this season aside from fourth of 9 in listed race here (7f) in July. Others appeal more.
Henlein (AUS)
Smart form at best in Australia, runner-up in 1¼m Group 1 at Randwick in October 2024. Lightly raced since and well held in handicaps at Royal Ascot and Goodwood last 2 runs. Cheekpieces go on for first time.
Whip Cracker (IRE)
Sixteen runs since his last win in 2023 but he posted a solid second of 11 in handicap here when last seen out in May. Not out of things back down in trip after a break.
The Fingal Raven (IRE)
Scored over 1m at Meydan in January. Back on track with third of 20 in handicap at Goodwood (7f, good to firm) 24 days ago, especially as didn't enjoy a clear passage. One to consider.
Asuka
Lightly-raced 4-y-o who went 3-4 with success on his handicap debut in 15-runner event at Thirsk (7f, good) 3 weeks ago, overcoming a troubled passage in the process. Up 3 lb but can go well again.
Aqpan (IRE)
Got off the mark in 7f maiden at Southwell in March. Highly tried after but back to form (gelded) after 10-week break with ninth of 13 in handicap at Goodwood (7f, good to firm) 21 days ago. Needs to build on it.
Goldmoyne (IRE)
Yet another fine advert for his yard, winning 6 times on all-weather between December and March. Has held his form well from higher marks on turf since, eighth of 20 in handicap at Goodwood (7f, good to firm) 24 days ago when faring best of those ridden prominently. In the mix again.
Yanifer
Made all in this 12 months ago. Yet to fire this season though and a below-par fourth of 6 in handicap at Haydock (7f, good to firm) 14 days ago. Needs to take a step forward.
Rhoscolyn
Multiple 7f/1m winner. On a losing run but better than his recent form figures suggest, seeming unsuited by good to firm ground when nineteenth of 20 in handicap at Goodwood (7f) 24 days ago. Interesting off a handy-looking mark here with ground conditions to suit and a low draw to exploit.
Collecting Coin
A fairly useful 7f winner for Jessica Harrington. Bounced back to form for new yard with victory in 8-runner handicap over C&D (good to firm) 4 weeks ago. Up 7 lb but scored readily there so must enter calculations.
Blue Prince (IRE)
Ended a losing run stretching back almost 2 years at Salisbury (7f) in June. Added to it with success in 6-runner claimer over C&D (good to firm) 20 days ago. This is tougher though.
U Sure Do (IRE)
Dual winner last term who resumed his progress when narrowly taking 6f handicap at Ripon in May. Backed it up with a solid sixth of 12 at Hamilton (6f, good to firm) 11 days ago. No forlorn hope.
Vixey
A 4-time winner (including over C&D) in 2025. Good C&D second in July and comes here on the back of a solid third of 11 in handicap at Musselburgh (7f, good to firm) 15 days ago. In the picture.
