Timeform View

ZADAWA has shown enough to suggest she can land a maiden and can go one better with this longer trip likely to suit. Shemiyka can get back on the up now granted more of a test, with Mawhibah and Cosmetic also others to consider.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Zadawa traded at a low of 2.00 and Betfair SP of 2.94 when losing last time, a race in which it raced prominently.

Timeform Comments

Fraher Field (IRE)
Bumper winner who's finished no better than mid-division in 2 Flat maidens. Steps back down in trip and needs this run for a mark.
Helen's Blaze (IRE)
Dawn Approach filly. Dam, 8.4f-1½m winner, also won over hurdles. Probably best watched on belated debut.
Nugentstown Sue (IRE)
Poor form in bumpers/over hurdles and showed little on Flat debut last November. Off since.
Pampar Lady (IRE)
Fairly useful hurdler who's been finding her feet over fences this season. Shaped quite well when second in Ballinrobe maiden on Flat debut before finishing in mid-division at Galway 11 days later when not knocked about. Each-way shout.
Shemiyka (IRE)
Showed improved form when 3½ lengths third of 16 to Stellar Moment in maiden at Galway (1½m, soft) on return in July. Fourth in Sligo claimer just 5 days later though looked unsuited by the drop in trip. Not out of things now granted more of a test.
Cosmetic (IRE)
Was gradually progressing with her best effort being a second-placed finish in a Fairyhouse maiden at the beginning of July. Failed to back that up when only a respectable fourth at Galway (1½m, soft) 25 days ago. Looks exposed but no surprise if she gets back on the up.
Kigalienne
Study of Man filly. Sister to useful 1½m winner Kingstonian and half-sister to several winners, including 2-y-o 8.3f winner Kinaesthesia and 1½m winner Tidal Storm. Makes appeal on paper and is worth a market check.
Mawhibah (QA)
Australia filly who has shown potential on all 3 outings. 5/4, second of 6 in maiden at Tramore (1½m, good to soft) 10 days ago, hanging badly on turns. Should still improve though it remains to be seen how she copes with this sharp track.
Ocean Fire (IRE)
250/1, still in need of experience though took step forward from debut when fifth of 16 in maiden at Galway (1½m, soft) 25 days ago. Open to further improvement.
Ventriloquist (IRE)
€8,500Y, Verbal Dexterity filly. 150/1, very green when eleventh of 12 in maiden at Leopardstown (1¼m, soft) on debut in June, very slowly away. Goes up in trip now.
Zadawa (FR)
Fairly useful filly. Ran well in first-time hood when ¾-length second of 11 to Garden Party in maiden (13/8) at Cork (10.4f, good) 11 days ago. Yard in good form and looks likely to stay this longer trip on pedigree. Sets the form standard.
