ROGUE JEWEL looked good in the Hornblower here on Great St Wilfrid day and can stretch her unbeaten record to 3. Not My Type is another filly who arrives with a 2-2 record and this Cheveley Park entry is second choice ahead of Pure Mint, who won comfortably on his C&D debut and his stable has won this 4 times since 2018.

Timeform Comments

Clash Of Hearts (IRE)
Powerfully-built son of Mehmas who made most of good opportunity when off the mark at third attempt in a Pontefract novice (6f) in June. Good 6¼ lengths fifth of 10 to Haffner in Group 3 Acomb at York (7f, good, 80/1) 12 days ago. Cheekpieces go on.
Harry Knows (IRE)
Fairly useful performer who was an emphatic winner of a Windsor novice (6f, firm). Creditable close third of 5 in nursery there since and won't need to raise his game too much to play a prominent role.
Napa (IRE)
Naval Crown colt who confirmed debut promise when making all in a good time in Newmarket novice (5f, good to firm) in May. Disappointed when sent off favourite for a listed race at Sandown later that month but could bounce back after a break.
Pure Mint (IRE)
Sent off at 11/10 and looked potentially useful when a ready winner on his C&D debut (good to firm) 5 weeks ago. Entered in a Group 2 at Newbury next month. Likely to have a big say for a good stable with a strong record in this race.
Bear Lee (IRE)
Winner of 5f Musselburgh novice at the end of June and better form in defeat at York since, latterly fifth of 18 in a 6f nursery at the recent Ebor meeting.
Not My Type
No Nay Never filly who is 2-2 for her leading stable, impressing with her attitude when making all in novice at Beverley (5f, good) latterly. Definitely more to come from a filly who holds a Group 1 entry next month.
Rogue Jewel (IRE)
Mehmas filly who has looked a useful prospect when winning both starts, latterly the Hornblower over C&D (good to firm) 16 days ago. Wouldn't be the first winner of that race to follow up in this. Gets the vote.
Silent Beauty (IRE)
€1,000,000 Night of Thunder filly who impressed when getting off to a winning start in 6f Yarmouth maiden in May. Down the field in the Albany at Royal Ascot (6f) in June but freshened up since and probably worth another chance to show she's capable of better.
