Timeform View

WASHINGTON ROYALE has shaped with promise on all 3 starts in stronger company to date, latterly when fifth in a big-field Goodwood maiden 5 weeks ago. Remaining with potential for better still, he shades preference over Irish raider Ischgl who has shown enough himself to think a race of this nature is within his grasp. Beechwood Glory may emerge best of the remainder.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Texas Crown traded at 10% or less of Betfair SP twice on its last 3 starts.

Timeform Comments

Anna Belardo
Son of Belardo who didn't kick on from a promising debut third in a Newmarket novice in 2 subsequent runs on all-weather/turf during the spring. Gelded subsequently but nurseries likely to be more his bag moving forward.
Beechwood Glory (IRE)
More clued up than on debut and duly found a bit of progress when third in a C&D maiden in July and enhanced his form a little more when second at Ayr (6f) 23 days ago. Has a bit to find with a couple here but feasible to think he could yet do better.
Conscientious
Due Diligence gelding who was very green and offered little starting out in a Wolverhampton maiden (6f) 32 days ago.
Ischgl (IRE)
Irish raider who has hit the frame all 4 starts in maidens either side of finishing down the field in the Windsor Castle at Royal Ascot, equipped with cheekpieces when posting a fair third at Galway (7f, soft) 4 weeks ago. Should be up to playing a lead role on that evidence.
Texas Crown
Mayson gelding who continued theme of race-by-race progress when again finding only one too good in a Bath novice (5.7f) 31 days ago, staying on well final 1f. This longer trip looks sure to suit on that evidence.
Washington Royale
Washington Dc colt who has displayed promise on all 3 starts in stronger novice/maidens, latterly when fifth in a class 2 contest at Goodwood (6f) 5 weeks ago. Remains with potential and he looks a big player in this lower grade.
Foxsbrush
Well held in pair of novice/maidens at up to 7f in recent months.
