Timeform View

SIERRA BELLE is given a second chance to fully confirm her debut promise. Farasan left the impression his debut was needed and can leave that form behind and provide the chief threat ahead of last week's Brighton third I Am Royal.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Sierra Belle traded at a low of 1.26 and Betfair SP of 1.49 when losing last time, a race in which it led.

Timeform Comments

Al Widyan
11/1, ran to only a modest level when fourth of 5 in novice at Newmarket (6f, good to firm, 11/1) on debut 26 days ago. Very early days for good stable but Oisin Murphy is on the other Prince Faisal runner.
Asgar (IRE)
Left his Newbury debut behind when fourth of 6 at Goodwood (6f, soft) in June. Returns from nearly 3 months off with the Clive Cox stable going well.
Blue Victory (IRE)
Promising individual. 16/1, fifth of 7 in novice at Newmarket (6f, good to firm) on debut 33 days ago. Will improve.
Coatimundi (IRE)
33/1, last of 10 in novice at Newbury (6f, firm) on debut in July. Can only watch after that.
Farasan
5/1, left the impression he just needed the run when sixth of 8 in maiden at Newmarket (7f, good to firm) on debut 26 days ago. Likely improver for top connections.
I Am Royal (IRE)
Kodiac colt who made a pleasing start to his career when third of 5 in maiden (6/1) at Brighton (6f, good to firm) 9 days ago. Should be more to come.
Stormy Winter
Dark Angel colt who achieved little better than modest form in 2 turf outings over 7f last month. Best watched now dropping to 6f.
Agent Rose (IRE)
18/1, led for long way when seventh of 9 in novice (18/1) at this course (7f) on debut 12 weeks ago.
Love Always
Foaled March 14. Tasleet half-sister to 1¼m-1½m winner Fame N Fortune. Dam unraced. Partnered by a 7 lb claimer on debut and a watching brief is advised.
Sierra Belle
Frankel filly who was a close second in a Newmarket July meeting maiden on debut. Turned over at short odds in a small-field Salisbury novice since but might have bumped into a useful one and this Cheveley Park entry remains open to progress.
Snow On The Beach
Shaped as if needing run when sixth of 9 in maiden at Bath (5.7f) on debut in May for Dr Richard Newland & Jamie Insole. Caught the eye a bit over 6f at Lingfield (all-weather) for excellent new yard 12 weeks later fitted with a hood, but may not really come into her own until tackling longer trips.
Spirit Of Progress (IRE)
Big prices and down the field both starts.
