Timeform View

CRIMINAL SHORE took a step back in the right direction at Doncaster last time and could be the answer returned to the all-weather having won off this mark over C&D in June. Flying Fletcher is another who is worth a second look back on this surface, while unexposed 3-y-o Bee Farmer is another interesting contender.

Timeform Comments

Mr Mistoffelees (IRE)
Not easy to win with and found his brief run of good form coming to a halt having blown the start at Redcar last time. However, he has a decent record here and he's more than capable of making his presence felt at this level.
Harry The Rogue (IRE)
Struggling for form currently, dropping out tamely tried in headgear latest.
Rising Force (IRE)
Successful twice during the spring and belatedly showed a mark in the low-to-mid 70s isn't necessarily beyond him when just failing at Newmarket in July. Looked laboured there 2 weeks later but profile suggests he'll bounce back.
Bowood
Free-going sort who completed a double over C&D last autumn but has been running no better than respectably this year (blew start latest).
Bee Farmer
Bumped into a progressive type at Redcar on his second start and made a promising start in handicaps when fourth at York in July. Beaten before longer trip became an issue at Nottingham since but too soon to be writing him off with a headgear/tongue strap combination now applied.
Sunriseontheboyne (IRE)
Six-time winner in Ireland for previous connections but hasn't offered much for present yard despite a tumbling mark.
Criminal Shore (IRE)
Raised his game when belatedly getting his head back in front over C&D in June. Struggled back on turf next 3 starts but latest run at Doncaster was much more promising and he's back on a winning mark returned to all-weather.
Flying Fletcher
C&D winner off 5 lb higher in January. Recent form on turf is not so encouraging but worth a second look back on all-weather given his good record here.
Dragonflame (FR)
Ended 2025 under a cloud for Brian Meehan and showed nothing on sole start for Tony Culhane & Stella Barclay at Haydock on return in May.
Starliner (IRE)
Won at Ayr in May and has posted solid runner-up efforts on 3 of his last 4 starts. In the mix returned to all-weather.
Natzor (FR)
Close fourth here in March but well held since.
