Has taken extremely well to hurdling for current yard, scoring at Ballinrobe and Listowel before a good second of 8 to Secret Force in juvenile at Punchestown (16.2f, good to soft) on final start last season. Makes handicap hurdle debut on back of recent spin on the Flat.
Splashing Out (IRE)
Landed a 6-runner handicap at Tramore (2m, good) in May and proved better than ever when winning 8-runner event at Wexford last month by 6 lengths from Jabbar. Ran well on Flat when last seen but returns to hurdling off a career-high mark and has struggled for consistency in the past.
Speisialta (IRE)
Was allowed to build up a huge lead before going on to win mares maiden at Sligo (2¼m) in August but backed that up having crucially settled better when 1¾ lengths second of 6 to Daboya in minor event at Bellewstown last time. More required now tackling a handicap, though.
Cocofred (IRE)
Continued a theme of progression over hurdles when winning 15-runner maiden at Roscommon in July by 4 lengths from Astelia. Type to go on improving now tackling handicaps.
Migdam (FR)
Lightly raced over hurdles but won a maiden at Tramore last summer (wore hood) and wasn't seen to best effect on handicap debut in this sphere in April. Showed little on the Flat the following month and needs to resume progress if he's to make an impact now back over hurdles.
My Trump Card (IRE)
Showed more than he had on stable debut when 4¾ lengths sixth of 7 to Down Around at Ballinrobe last month but failed to back that up in a similar event run at a more conventional pace at Killarney last time.
Hopeful Hero (IRE)
Got off the mark in a maiden hurdle at Bellewstown in July. Scoped dirty when below form next time but got straight back on the up when 3 lengths third of 14 to Mo Ghille Mar in handicap at Down Royal 7 days ago. Claims if in same form here.
Rosenborg (FR)
Progressed again when winning 14-runner maiden at Wexford last month by 2½ lengths from Sea Eagle. Further improvement required to defy this mark on handicap debut, though.
Eye Of A Tiger (IRE)
Capitalised on reduced mark when winning 10-runner handicap hurdle at Ballinrobe in July. Never landed a blow when failing to back that up off this higher mark last time, though. Needs to bounce back.
Free Flow (USA)
Clear-cut winner of Thurles maiden hurdle last spring but it's been a struggle in handicap company since, including on return/debut for current yard.
