Fou de Toi found chasing more to his liking than hurdling when second at Ballinrobe and looks the chief threat, while chase debutant Manoir de Mirande is bred to excel in this sphere if able to keep his quirks in check.

Successful on the Flat and over hurdles. Pretty much matched the pick of his form in both of those spheres when 14½ lengths fourth of 9 to Queenofthelodge in maiden at Wexford on chasing debut in July.
Los Blanco (FR)
Won maiden hurdle at Down Royal last season and made a solid start over fences when 11 lengths second of 9 to Queenofthelodge in maiden at Wexford in July. Entitled to build on that now and looks sure to be thereabouts. Wears first-time cheekpieces.
Siege Of Carthage (IRE)
Showed promise in a pair of bumpers and made a winning start over hurdles in 18-runner maiden at Limerick (2½m) in July. Put a poor Galway effort behind him when 2½ lengths third of 7 to Lureka Du Noyer in novice at Tramore last time. Bred to make a chaser.

Was fortunate when winning a maiden hurdle at Down Royal (22.5f) last season. Got back on track following a break when sixth on handicap debut at Fairyhouse (2½m, soft) in April Successful only start in points and worthy of a second look now switched to chasing.

Gone the wrong way with each start this year, including in cheekpieces last time and now has plenty to prove switched to fences back down in trip.

Fair winning hurdler, who faced a stiff task when last of 4 on chasing debut when last seen in the winter of 2023. Long absence to overcome.
Manoir De Mirande (FR)
Fair hurdler. Won maiden at Sligo and novice at Ballinrobe in July and has showed enough in 2 starts since to suggest he remains in form. He's bred to be suited by both this longer trip and chasing, though his tendency to finish weakly remains a concern.
