Timeform View

GERRIT'S GEM shaped as if back in better form last time and is taken to repeat last season’s win in this race from just a 2 lb higher mark. All The Girls ran a cracker at Dundalk last time and rates the main danger if proving as effective back on turf, while Grande Cuvee is open to improvement now handicapping and Soulful Diva remains capable from her current mark.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Send Harry traded at 10% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP on 2 of its last 5 starts: Fox In Flight traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP twice on 3 of its last 5 starts.

Timeform Comments

Sommelier
One-time useful sprinter for Marco Botti and took advantage of a much-reduced mark in this headgear when making all in 20-runner event at the Curragh in June. Heavy defeats on last 2 starts suggest he's gone off the boil, though.
Go Athletico (FR)
Went close off similar marks at the Curragh and at Galway during the summer and has remained in form since, the race all but over by the time he hit top stride when 4¾ lengths sixth of 10 to Bear On The Run back at the Curragh last time. Well handicapped but needs things to fall just right.
Real Encounter (IRE)
Opened her account at Dundalk (5f) in April but bettered that form when twice placed in handicaps at the Curragh in June, 3¼ lengths third of 14 to Midnight Dusk on latter occasion. Ran poorly in first-time cheekpieces there last time, though, and needs to improve to feature.
Tokyo Treasure (IRE)
Lightly-raced maiden who got back on track when fourth in an extended 7f Roscommon handicap last time. Dropped 3 lb to the mark from which he was runner-up at Gowran, which is a plus, but he has to prove himself over a sprint trip now.
Fox In Flight
Dundalk maiden winner who turned in his best effort of the season when runner-up in 5f handicap at this track in June. Has been more miss than hit since, though and arrives with a bit to prove after a particularly poor effort at Dundalk last time.
Whiskey And Beer (IRE)
Showed something in a Fairyhouse maiden on debut but well held next 2 starts. Unraced since and makes handicap debut for new yard.
Jon Riggens (IRE)
Ended long losing run in 9-runner event over C&D by short head from Alfred Tennyson when last seen at the beginning of June. Things went right that day but he remains well treated on old form.
Tornado Kiss (IRE)
Landed 5f course maiden in 2025. Yet to fire in her 3 runs this season, 5¾ lengths ninth of 12 to Amiata in handicap at the Curragh (5f, good) back in June. Plenty more is required.
Mehman
On a long losing run but placed no fewer than 7 times this season. Not so good of late, though, never nearer when 5¼ lengths fifth of 14 to Sagasti at Roscommon last time.
Shadow Of The Moon (IRE)
Landed the odds in Down Royal maiden a year ago and easily best effort in handicaps this year when second of 6 at the same course in June. Found things tougher, though, when down the field at the Curragh on latest outing. Tongue strap fitted back at 6f and down in grade.
Sovereign Cry (IRE)
Bounced back to form when gaining a first handicap success at Naas (5f) in July. Ran poorly at Navan last 2 starts though has at least dropped back down to his last winning mark. Likely to find this too competitive.
Dawn Romance (IRE)
Fairly useful 6f winner at 2yrs. Yet to fire this season, though has been given a chance by the handicapper and the booking of Colin Keane catches the eye. One to note in the betting.
Gerrit's Gem (IRE)
Boasts an excellent record at this course and looked to be working his way back to form when 4½ lengths third of 19 to Apothic Red at Curragh 11 days ago. Further 3 lb drop leaves him just 2 lb above the mark he won this race off last year. Bold bid anticipated.
Leveraging (IRE)
Winner of a Dundalk maiden in December. Little impact in either start in handicaps this season, though possibly still needed the run last time. Has been dropped 7 lb but unlikely to be of much interest unless the market states otherwise.
Grande Cuvee (IRE)
Has improved on each of her 4 starts to date, most recently when head second of 16 to Feel Happy in C&D maiden on latest. Very much the type to go on progressing now tackling a handicap. One to consider.
Soulful Diva (IRE)
Maiden winner who was back to form when 1¼ lengths second of 11 to Harry's Hill in 5f handicap at Curragh in August. Not seen to best effect at the Curragh last time and drop of 3lb looks generous. Entitled to be thereabouts.
All The Girls (IRE)
Won 7f maiden at Dundalk as a 2-y-o. Much improved from 7 lb out of the handicap when 1¾ lengths second of 12 to Dark Ace in 6f handicap at that course last time. Still unexposed and likely to go close if proving as effective back on turf.
My Cubby Bear (IRE)
Mayson filly who was much improved from her debut when second of 11 in 6f maiden at Dundalk last year. Has a lengthy break to overcome on handicap debut.
Send Harry (IRE)
Made the frame in handicap at Leopardstown in June and minor event at Limerick in July. Below that form last 2 starts, failing to impress with his response to pressure last time.
Cashel Blue (IRE)
Made successful handicap debut at Down Royal (5f) in May and found another chunk of improvement in first-time cheekpieces when winning similar event at Navan 7 days ago. Has to prove her effectiveness at 6f, but no reason to think she shouldn't stay. Up 6 lb but going the right way.
Venetian Star (IRE)
Still a maiden but ran his best race when reeled in late in the day at Limerick (7f) in June. Took a step back in right direction when 2¾ lengths fifth of 11 to Solana Beach at Gowran last time but ran poorly/made little impact on previous outings at sprint trips.
Nouvel Espoir (IRE)
Took advantage of easing mark when winning at Down Royal in June. Has made the frame all 3 starts since, close third of 14 to Mint Man at the Curragh on latest.
Pinar Del Rio
A 3-time winner who shaped quite well from reduced mark when 4 lengths seventh of 27 to Clonmacash at Curragh last time. Well handicapped but at his best when faced with testing conditions.
The Bear Trap (IRE)
Winner at Dundalk in December. Good fifth of 13 in handicap at Leopardstown on return but below form last time. Untrustworthy at best of times but interesting starting out for new yard. RESERVE.
Coincidental Glory (IRE)
Dundalk nursery winner in December and has been largely consistent without winning this year. Met trouble when down the field at the Curragh 11 days ago but it's worth noting his best efforts have come on polytrack. RESERVE.
