Although DANIELLE was behind Waardah and Consent in the Lillie Langtry at Glorious Goodwood the fast ground in Sussex was almost certainly against her and she's taken to bounce back to form with a bang. Owen Burrows' filly, who sports a first-time hood here having raced keenly at Goodwood, can fill the forecast spot.

Timeform Comments

Consent (IRE)
Progressed well through the ranks last year, going close in this before comfortably winning Group 1 at Longchamp. Seen only twice this year, finishing respectable fourth of 6 in Lillie Langtry at Goodwood on good to firm latterly. This is more her ground. Also wears first-time cheekpieces.
Danielle
Wide margin winner of a course listed race in the mud last autumn. Made the most of a good opportunity in 1¾m York Group 3 on reappearance and presumably found the ground too quick at Glorious Goodwood since. Capable of bouncing back.
Fairy Glen (FR)
Smart mare who won a pair of Group 2s in Meydan earlier in the year, latterly the 2m Dubai Gold Cup. Made a creditable return to Europe when ½-length fifth of 9 to Caballo De Mar in a blanket finish for the Prix Comtesse Vigier at Longchamp in May. Off since.
Floresta (IRE)
Useful filly. In first-time cheekpieces, stepped up markedly on reappearance when winning Group 3 Stanerra Stakes at Fairyhouse (1¾m, good) in July. Respectable 3 lengths fourth of 6 to Trustyourinstinct in Curragh Cup (1¾m, good to firm) 11 days later. Freshened up since.
Nyra (GER)
Won Hamburg Group 3 for previous yard and acquitted herself well in a trio of starts for Joseph O'Brien this term, latest when third of 8 in Rathbride Stakes at the Curragh (1¼m, good to firm, 5/1) 27 days ago. Up in trip.
Ryka (IRE)
Won a listed race at Toulouse (1½m) with a bit in hand last October but below par in similar events on both starts this year. Faces a stiffish task here.
Waardah (IRE)
Much improved upped in distance last summer, including beating Danielle to win Lillie Langtry at Goodwood. Has looked as good as ever when placed both starts this summer, latterly finishing in front of Consent and Danielle in latest running of Lillie Langtry. Hooded first time.
Cameo (IRE)
Showed much-improved form stepped up markedly in distance when winning Oaks Trial at Lingfield but her limitations have seemingly been exposed since. Needs to resume her progression now tackling 1¾m for the first time.
Prizeland
Career best tackling going softer than good for the first time winning listed Galtres at York (1½m) 21 days ago by 3¼ lengths from Rhapsody. This demands further improvement but no surprise were she to find it.
