TIMELESS TALE possibly didn't beat much on her debut at Naas but was still most impressive and, with the performance supported by a strong timefigure, she looks capable of taking the rise in grade in her stride on the way to even better things. Maire Rua is bred to be smart and remains one to be positive about having not been seen to best effect on her first try at listed level at Cork. Ibelieveicanfly is much respected back down in grade, too.

Of those forecasted with a better chance, Timeless Tale could be most vulnerable in a race in which competition for the lead looks to be fierce: Such a hotly-contested pace as is on the cards here may be to the benefit of Ibelieveicanfly who is likely to make a challenge late.

Built on debut promise when game winner of 10-runner minor event (2/1) at Leopardstown (7f, good to firm) in June. Not seen to anything like best effect on her first outing against just her own sex in Prestige Stakes at Goodwood since and remains open to improvement.
Bellesque (IRE)
Opened her account just a week on from a promising debut in 1m maiden here in July and improved again despite not being seen to best effect when third of 6 in Gowran listed event next time. Well beaten in Group 3 at the Curragh latest but it was probably too bad to be true.
Blonde Over Blue
Made a winning debut over C&D in June but hasn't built on that since, looking ready for a step up in trip when last of 5 in Group 2 Debutante Stakes at the Curragh on most recent outing.
Ibelieveicanfly (USA)
Frankel filly who made it fourth time lucky when seeing off 13 rivals in a 7f minor event at the Curragh in August. Far from discredited under a considerate ride in Group 2 there since and is much respected back in calmer waters.
Lady Patrona
Confirmed previous promise when winning a weak 6f maiden at Sligo in August. Took a big step forward when third in 10-runner nursery at Navan (6f) latest and, while this demands even more, is likely to stay this extra 1f.
Maeda Matsu (IRE)
Confirmed debut promise with victory in 16-runner maiden at Naas (7f, good to firm) 20 days ago, kept up to work. Open to further progress.
Maire Rua
Frankel filly. Looked an above-average prospect when comfortably winning C&D maiden on debut in July. Ran at least as well in defeat in Cork listed event subsequently, despite not being seen to best effect, and remains one to be positive about.
Miss Cashman Hooke (IRE)
Starspangledbanner filly. Half-sister to several winners, including useful 9.5f-1½m winner Assail and 1½m-16.5f winner Sarsons Risk. Showed promise when fourth of 15 in 6f maiden at Naas on debut 20 days ago but asked a big question on second start, for all that the step up to 7f promises to suit.
Shi Yang (IRE)
Showed improved form when causing a 50/1 surprise in 7f maiden at the Curragh in July, benefiting from a well-judged front running ride. Failed to repeat that effort upped in grade at York since, though.
Snowing (IRE)
Represents leading connections but just steady improvement in 4 runs to date, finishing second of 16 in 7f maiden at Gowran (good to soft) 11 days ago. Probably hasn't shown her all yet, but this is a big jump in class.
Timeless Tale (IRE)
Sioux Nation filly who looked something well out of the ordinary when making a winning debut in impressive style in 15-runner maiden at Naas (6f) 20 days ago, leading on the bridle over 2f out and quickening clear soon after. Exciting prospect.
