As anticipated for the prize money on offer this looks fiendishly competitive. Preference is for THRIFTY OF DIGBY, who has run her race more often than not this year, and Jessica Harrington's mare couldn't have gone much closer to adding to her tally here last time. Suzie Songs heads up the dangers arriving on a hat-trick for her handicap debut, with Rebel Wave, Bella Colombia and Aviatrice just a handful of others worth considering, too.

Useful performer in Germany who changed hands for €125,000. Well held at long odds on both starts in Group company in the spring but took a step back in the right direction after 12 weeks off when fifth of 10 in listed race at Killarney recently. Cheekpieces applied for this handicap bow.
Suzie Songs (IRE)
Group 3 winner last June. Back on form when showing a good turn of foot in a tactical affair to land a Naas conditions race (7f, good to firm) in July before following up with a bit in hand to win an 11-runner listed race at Cork (7f, good) last month. Considered on handicap debut.
Chica Guerrera (IRE)
Took her form up another level when winning at Down Royal by 6½ lengths in June and quickly put a lesser effort at Galway behind when second of 5 at Sligo (10.5f, good to soft) last month, going down only narrowly. Drops back to 1m.
Aviatrice (IRE)
Won listed race at Dundalk last November and returned in good heart in competitive Curragh handicaps. Bumped into an unexposed rival here in July and not seen to best effect at listed level at Haydock since, barely coming off the bridle after meeting trouble. Respected back in a handicap.
Tahcawin (IRE)
Useful filly who took a step back in the right direction sporting a first-time visor when fifth of 11 in listed race at Cork (7f, good) last month, having to pick her way through. Headgear added this time and needs to up her game if she's to double her tally.
Drop Dead Gorgeous (IRE)
Looked a bright prospect first 2 starts, winning a Naas maiden before shaping best when third in Group 3 at the Curragh in May. However, she's been disappointing on all 4 starts since and her sights are now lowered to a handicap. Equipment discarded.
Pink Oxalis (IRE)
Won this corresponding race 12 months ago and arrives in good order, running creditably without carrying much of a win threat when sixth of 8 at this course (1m, good) just over 3 weeks ago. Lurks just 1 lb above that last winning mark so worth a second look.
Killashee Warrior
Maiden winner at Thurles last October. Better form in defeat at pattern level on first 2 starts this season, but was possibly unsuited by a step up in trip when eighth of 13 in minor event at Gowran (9.5f, good) back in June. Makes handicap bow and the booking of Murphy catches the eye.
Electric Beauty (IRE)
Running consistently well at present and doubled her tally for the season under a typically aggressive ride in 13-runner event at this course (9f, soft) when last seen 3 months ago. Returns from 6 lb higher and the suspicion is she may need this.
Mallavelly (IRE)
Proving more miss than hit, the addition of cheekpieces to her usual tongue tie failing to do the trick when seventh of 8 to Tachos at this course (1m, good) last month, her effort off the bridle a bit underwhelming again. Cheekpieces discarded and the handicapper has given her a chance.
Guardian Of Realm
Well-bred filly who saw out the longer trip well having been allowed to stride on when winning 7-runner maiden at Fairyhouse (1¼m) in May. Moved yards for 210,000 gns but proved too free sent handicapping over a longer trip at Naas (11f, good to firm) recently. Hood reapplied and drops back to 1m.
Mayflower (IRE)
Overcame inexperience to make a winning start in a course maiden as a 2-y-o. Showed promise when finishing midfield in a pair of Guineas trials in the spring and after a couple of lesser handicap efforts, she returned to form when fourth of 8 in minor event at Killarney (1m) recently. More needed.
Thrifty Of Digby (IRE)
Versatile mare took advantage of a falling mark at Roscommon prior to gamely following up at Gowran in June. Has run her race more often than not this year and looked right at the top of her game when head second of 8 at this course (1m, good) last month. 2 lb lower here so of obvious interest.
Rebel Wave (IRE)
Getting the hang of things now and improved further to follow up her Curragh maiden win on handicap bow in 7-runner event at Gowran (7f, good) just over 5 weeks ago, scoring with a bit up her sleeve having taken a while to knuckle down. Remains unexposed so one to look out for returned to 1m.
Blue Blue Moon (IRE)
Sent off a big price but showed much improved form to get off the mark in 11-runner event on handicap debut at Galway (8.5f, good) just under 6 weeks ago. Has scope for more progress and first-time cheekpieces could well help her do just that.
Marmeladova (IRE)
Impressed with the way she went through the race when doubling her tally here (1¼m) in July. Had little go right when twelfth of 15 at Navan (1m, good) 10 days ago so she shouldn't be underestimated having since dipped below her last winning mark.
Bella Colombia (IRE)
Followed up her comfortable Killarney success in a 9f handicap here last month, showing a potent turn of foot to get first run. Ran up to her best without managing to bring up the hat-trick when third of 8 to Tachos at this course (1m) since and she has to enter calculations in this mood.
Tachos (IRE)
Delivered the sort of performance she has been threatening for a while in first-time cheekpieces when winning 8-runner event at this course (1m, good) just over 3 weeks ago by a head from Thrifty of Digby, well positioned. Wouldn't be an obvious type to follow up in this.
Anvika (IRE)
On lengthy losing run but shaped again as if her turn may be near following another absence when fifth of 15 at Navan (1m, good) 10 days ago, having to weave her way through from 2f out. Tends to find herself quite far back so others more appealing. 3 lb out of weights.
