Timeform View

DIALSTONE and Colonnade look the obvious pair to focus on. The former bumped into an exciting prospect at Kempton last month and is well worth another chance to confirm his debut promise. Soul of Appin makes some appeal on paper and is worth a market check ahead of her belated debut for an in-form stable.

Timeform Comments

No Ordinary Joe (IRE)
A fairly useful but inconsistent hurdler nowadays who hasn't shown enough in 2 Flat starts for current yard to be of interest.
Soul Of Appin
Make Believe filly. Half-sister to several winners, including smart 1m-13.3f winner Agent Murphy and useful 1¼m-1¾m winner Global Heat. Dam unraced. Makes a belated debut for in-form stable.
Colonnade (IRE)
From a talented family and showed fairly useful form on his first 2 starts, including when 4¾ lengths fifth of 13 in 1m novice (4/1) at Kempton in August. Unsuited by emphasis on speed at Lingfield last time and looks ready for this step up to 1¼m. Much respected.
Dialstone
Time Test gelding from a useful family and went close to making a winning start in a Ffos Las maiden, motoring at the finish having looked raw for the most part. Well and truly bumped into one at Kempton (11f) since and remains with potential.
Indian Mary (FR)
€100,000 The Grey Gatsby filly but went with no promise when last of 8 in maiden at Wolverhampton on debut in late July.
Mathoura (IRE)
Made the frame on first 2 starts for Jessica Harrington in May. Disappointed at the Curragh next time but was possibly unsuited by conditions at Goodwood (heavy) on stable debut latest.
