Timeform View

BLADEY LADY and Claret Time dominated the finish of a similar event at Newcastle earlier this month and are taken to come to the fore again, with Tim Easterby’s charge fancied to confirm that form despite a 4 lb rise. Claret And Blues showed a bit more over C&D last time and can be involved if taking another step forward.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Bladey Lady traded at a high of 38.00 and Betfair SP of 35.01 when winning last time, a race in which it raced prominently and travelled strongly early on.

Timeform Comments

Dissenter (IRE)
Built on debut promise when winning 6f maiden at Chepstow in July but hasn't kicked on in a pair of nurseries since and looks vulnerable to improvers.
Dream On Kent
Twice runner-up in June but well held since switched to nurseries. Blinkers are reached for now.
Mrs Mole (IRE)
In frame of 3 of her 4 starts, including when 5¾ lengths third of 10 to Concert Pitch from less than advantageous draw in nursery at Beverley last time. Return to 6f should suit but needs to improve.
Claret And Blues
Modest maiden who bounced back from a pair of poor efforts when 2½ lengths fifth of 12 to Lady Dublin in C&D nursery last time. Down another 2 lb since and place claims if eking out a bit more improvement.
Claret Time
Time Test gelding who left previous efforts behind when ¾-length second of 11 to Bladey Lady in nursery at Newcastle last time, slowly away but staying on well. 3 lb better off with that rival here and obvious claims if able to repeat that performance back on turf.
Bladey Lady (IRE)
Proved a totally different proposition to previously when winning 11-runner nursery at Newcastle last time by ¾-length from Claret Time, going with plenty of zest. Meets that rival on 3 lb worse terms here but completely unexposed and should again go close if translating that form back to the turf.
Sunrise At Dawn
No better than mid-field first 3 runs and failed to improve switched to nurseries at Catterick last month when chasing home a comfortable winner who has subsequently followed up. Has work to do.
Dadawada (IRE)
Best effort to date when fourth of 6 in novice at Chester (5f, good) in August. Needs to take a significant step forward if she's to feature now tackling 6f on handicap debut.
River Jordan
Shaped a bit better than the bare result when 2½ lengths sixth of 11 to Bladey Lady in nursery at Newcastle last time but has improvement to find if he's to reverse that form now back on turf.
Breaking The Habit (IRE)
Third of 6 in novice on debut but has gone the wrong way in 2 starts since. Drops to 6f now tackling a nursery but hard to recommend unless market suddenly speaks firmly in his favour.
Baila Morena
Standout effort when fourth of 15 in 6f maiden at Redcar in May and beat only a single rival on nursery debut at Pontefract last time.
Purrista
Offered something to work on amidst greenness when 5½ lengths third at Beverley on debut but has gone wrong way since, including on nursery debut last time.
Le Ciel Noble (IRE)
Well held in qualifying runs but fared little better for the switch to nurseries on the back of a breathing operation at Wolverhampton last time. First-time visor now reached for.
Ma Fille De Reve
Harry Angel filly who has finished down the field in all 3 qualifying runs. Significant improvement needed upped to 6f.
Independent Roze
Offered little in a trio of 6f novice/maidens and more needed even starting out from a basement mark on nursery debut.
Tiger In The Tree
Placed on her first 2 nursery outings but failed to repeat those efforts since. Needs to find improvement from somewhere now back at 6f.
Big Bad Storm
Yet to show much in 4 outings, including on handicap debut last time.
